Clean and very big hotel with swimming pool and gym amenities. Comfortable beds (though would be better if the beds were able to be pulled further apart as it felt more like a double bed with 2 sets of covers.) We luckily got upgraded for free to a twin bedroom suite which had a large balcony with a beautiful view out onto Sandefjord fjord. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food options

Lovely hotel, I always choose a Thon Hotel when travelling in Norway, because of their warm service. The workers are very nice and helpful. Very practical and central location with easy access to trains, parks, and places to visit in Oslo. The room was beautifully decorated with a kitchenette. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options and great quality of produce. There were a couple of old stains on the bench in front of the bed and something like ink on the bed sheet. The breakfast is plentiful, and the hotel is located behind the Royal Palace in Oslo, close to the main street, making it convenient for city walking. From the airport, you can take the VY bus to the National Theatre stop, and then walk for ten minutes to reach the hotel.

The room is very large compared to European rooms. There is a bathtub for a comfortable soak during business trips. The facilities are not old. The hotel has a sense of design. There is an underground parking lot and there is also a parking lot across the road.

The sanitation is good. My room is close to the road and a bit noisy. The equipment is a bit old. For example, the hair dryer is a long time ago and always tangles my hair.

Hotel provides car parking unfortunately to residents. You have to pay daily fees (not even hourly) to park your car. The room was very elegant and spacious. I’d say the best value for money I had in hotels in Norway (I stayed in total in 5 hotels). I didn’t add breakfast option so I can’t evaluate it.

Very central at the main street of Oslo. Many of the tourist I guide like the location so it permits do a sightseen walking of 3 hours. Starting from the hotel, walking to Bjørvika, visiting the Oslo opera, Kok, Salt, Munch Muséum,eating in Vippa, visiting Akershus Festining, Rådhuset, University, Royal Palace and finishing the visit at National Museum(I arrange free passes) or Peace Prize Museum.

Nice, modern and clean hotel. Direct access to a good inexpensive bar/restaurant. Bedroom looked almost brand new, with a tiny, simple but lovely bathroom. I missed a modern smart TV and was quite upset every morning by some kind of a kart rolling in the corridor at 5AM. This is a bit too early to wake-up guests 😔

Rooms were quite standard, and was definitely more modern compared to the other Comfort Hotel chains we stayed in. Conveniently located right west of Oslo Station, which is convenient especially if you have a train for Bergen to catch the next day in the morning. Breakfast is standardwitha plenty seating.

Generally there hotel is perfect, super comfortable bed, the breakfast is amazing! staff on the highest level, the only two things I noticed: gym could be a bit better equipped and you cannot turn off totally air-conditioning in the room, as I am just not the fan of it, but - hotel is really great. I had an amazing stay 1 night. The manager Vegar went above and beyond managing ensuring my safety. I loved my mini room. So clean. Comfortable bed excellent air quality and room temp. Excellent front desk staff.

The hotel was in the city center and really convinient. Unfortunately I changed my room twice because of some issues (Heater didn't work. Wifi is gone.) and it was a bit stressful but a reception staff tried to give me some alternatives very kindly. Maintainance of facilities can be better.

Staff were friendly, warm and helpful. The room was just right. I ended up staying two nights at a reduced rate. The restaurant staff were also lovely and the food and menu pricing was more than fair. Would stay again.

The hotel was nice, sustainable culture supportive, staff are extremely welcoming and very helpful, close to the city center. The room felt extra small for me that I could not believe it, however, warm and good enough for a 1 night crash, did not need to switch on the heater, temp was just right! One thing I really missed is the the English language option in TV, everything else was as expected.

The rooms are very clean and perfect for those who wish to stay close to the centre! I enjoyed my stay and would return in the future :)

The location is fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was very comfortable. It's super convenient for sightseeing and shopping, plus there's a supermarket and restaurants right outside the hotel. Loved it!

A historic building that's incredibly well-maintained, very clean and tidy. The toiletries are all L'Occitane. The breakfast was the best we had on our Norway trip – lots of variety and delicious! The service was excellent from check-in right through to luggage storage after check-out.

It's considered one of the local five-star hotels, but it doesn't quite live up to the standards I'm accustomed to. While the location is good and it's clean, that's pretty much the extent of its appeal.

The basic necessities were provided, but there was no refrigerator. The staff were very kind. Breakfast was delicious.

Myself and a group of HE students have returned home from a conference where we stayed in this hotel. The staff were really helpful and polite. Every morning we would ask for fresh towels at reception and these were either provided there and then or delivered to the room within 10 minutes of the request. Book this comfort hotel for proximity to central station yet far enough to be away from pedestrians. Near tram and bus stations as well that can bring you all over town. The breakfast spread was good, if I could wish for more.. it's gonna be the coffee though, as they only have brewed coffee which tastes a bit bland. The room lighting is very uncomfortable as it is far too dim. The policy of cleaning the room only on the 4th day of stay is quite unusual and negatively affects sleep comfort. The bed is overly soft and feels closer to the quality of a rollaway bed. On a positive note, the hotel lobby is well designed and the location is fairly strategic. Had a decent stay at the hotel from 6 to 9 Dec. The hotel and the room looks new and is very comfortable. Room is pretty spacious. The pillows are a little too soft and there is no kettle, but there is water dispenser and coffee machine at the hotel lobby if you need hot water. To start with, I really appreciated the neat room and the hospitality of the employees. Everything about my stay was perfect but if I have to include a place for improvement, it’s the bluetooth connection with my phone. This was not possible. Except for this it was perfect.

The location is quite close to the city center, but the room is small, with a terrace but the hygiene situation is average, the previous hand cigarette butts are still on the terrace, not cleaned can only be said to be very average hotel

Facilities: The hotel room is quite spacious, and it doesn't seem crowded even with a sofa bed. Service: Free tea and coffee are available at the front desk, which is a good comment. However, you need to tell the front desk separately about cleaning the room, and even after you tell them, they didn't clean it, they just changed the towels and bath towels.

Great location, at Storgata where you can get to most places in Oslo. Close to Oslo S too, so easy to get to from Airport as well. The staff weren't particularly friendly and the luggage storage was at basement, so it was kind of troublesome because the lift only serves till level 1. Like other reviewers, also found some strands of hair on linen.

Automatic checki-in and out. It is located in the center and close to the Dom church. There are not many equipments in the room, but training gym, electronic pot, laundry machine, refrigerator, and microwave are available in the lounge. It is similar to the TAVINOS chain hotels in Japan, but the room is much larger.

The location and facilities were excellent, and it was easy to find. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, but do be prepared for an uphill climb. The room itself was spacious enough and very clean throughout. One minor point: there was some construction happening nearby during my stay.

From the hotel it's easy to walk to some of the main tourist attractions and main streets with many supermarkets and convenience stores around. Our twin room was a little small and didn't have a kettle or fridge, otherwise it was nice and quiet and I slept very well. (A kettle and fridge plus microwave and laundry facilities were available in a shared/public space in the hotel)

Well located, it’s connected just next to the Oslo Central Station. You do not need to exit the building from the Train station to get to the hotel, it is located within the building block which also consists of a mall. Shops are plenty around the hotel and it is within walking distance to Karl Johans Gate, a popular shopping area in Oslo.

The room were decent, location was great, breakfast is average but sometimes I can hear kids above my floor running which could be improved.
