As always, we loved our stay at the Park Inn! It's like our home in Muscat. The entire staff is friendly and attentive. They always make sure everything is near perfect during our stay. We'll always be back!

A great place for all-you-can-eat lobster (every Tuesday). The appetizers were delicious too. The service was excellent.

I am fully satisfied my stay at this hotel. It was a professionally managed property and comforts and needs of guests were being taken care in a professional way. Rooms were comfortable. Bathrooms are hygienic View from our room was excellent. Checking in and Checking out, both were effortless. Staff appearance and behaviour was reasonable.especially kalpesh.
Overall guests profile was also excellent. The food was also amazing. will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Fantastic time in muscat. Yasmin is the best. She checked in on us throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet and the chai is delicious. Also Jaffir at the front desk is extremely helpful and kind.

The hotel has been opened for about 6 months. It is in pristine conditions. Excellent decor in the rooms. Well situated in reference to the airport. There are lots of local restaurants, cafes, and shops to fulfil your needs. The reception staff were extremely helpful and attentive. For example, Jaifer always followed up with us to let us know about the stage of our enquiry when we had asked about something. The waiters and waitresses were helpful and were always at hand to assist. However, there are some areas for improvement. For example, no access to wifi in the gym. Also, no one informed us that the wifi network went from open to a password system, it was only after I enquired that Jaifer aplogised and instantly set up the new password on my phone. Furthermore, I had paid for breakfast for the period of our stay, but I noticed that after the weekend the food choices diminshed as the guests decreased. The good thing it was rectified after I raised this point to the waitress. One final issue, which is not really a point that the hotel can control but guests must be aware of is that there are packs of dogs outside the hotel that bark throughout the night and early hours of the morning. If you are light sleeper you will definitely notice it if you are placed in a room on the main entrance side.
