The room is quite big

Very basic hotel - Air conditioning did not go below a certain number and it was boiling in the room - pointless having it! had to ask for a fan considering it was 36 degrees. This hotel is very basic, much like a travelodge. There are alot nicer/good location hotel to stay in for the same price. We only stayed here as easyjet would payout for a 3 star or less. The location was OK...

This hotel is great! Staff is friendly and speaks English well unlike most locals. The rooms are modern with a lot of attention to detail. The location is also top notch. A 10min walk to the city center through a nice well light street. The breakfast buffet is also great. A huge selection of sweet and savoury options is available and all of it is very tasty. Ibis Krakow is truly a great place to stay.

The room was very noisy. I didn't sleep well the whole night. I couldn't sleep at all in the first half of the night.

Overall good.
The staff and service was absolutely fine.
Location wise is also only 10 minutes from the main attractions and very low cost if you are getting a taxi ( use Bolt) £10 from the airport, £3 to the main square.
The breakfast was reasonable and started at 6:30 which is helpful for flights and also if you are going on the excursion to Aufshwitz
The reason for this score is the noise. The walls are thin, corridors are narrow, there are many guests at the weekend.
Unfortunately due to the amount of people there is also people coming in and out throughout the night.
Our first night was an issue with a collage party and the youngsters shouting and slamming doors until 2am
The second night was good
The third night drunk people arguing and security not dealing with them promptly
Generally good though and these issues with guests are not a reflection of the hotel staff who spoke great English and were very accommodating

Great hotel, couldn’t fault it. Lovely room, breakfast & fab location. All the staff were friendly especially the ladies in the breakfast restaurant in the morning

Good location, very close to Sheraton, about 10 minutes drive from the city center
