We were so impressed with this hotel it surpassed all expectations we had. This hotel really does go above and beyond, ensuring your stay is pleasant, you feel welcomed and even that your valuables are safe! All staff are helpful and kind, the rooms are beautiful and clean, the bed was absolutely enormous! Definitely recommend.

The room was small, the bathroom smelled- most likely from the drains. The location was ideal thought, and quite nice breakfast. Overall, i believe it was slightly overpriced, but served the purpose- and most importantly- it had 12pm check out- which was hugely appreciated.

Just back from a lovely weekend away, room was comfortable,staff friendly and very helpful. My only negative point was the lack of English Breakfast Tea available at Breakfast and I know I'm not the only one who mentioned this to staff this weekend. We were told that as generally Polish people do not drink Tea hence why there wasn't any but I went to Zabka and bought my own, problem solved. Will definitely be back.

Stayed here with my daughter while we visited Krakow. The hotel was fantastic and the staff are all wonderful. The room was very clean and the breakfast was perfect. It’s so close to the centre of Krakow you can walk to the main square in 2 minutes. There are hundreds of places to dine out in the surrounding streets and countless things to do all within minutes of the hotel door. We’re already planning a trip back next year and will definitely stay here again.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff and a great location. If you are going on day trips ask for a packed lunch to take with you!

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the beautiful location and comfortable accommodation to the friendly, attentive service throughout. The atmosphere was relaxed yet full of things to enjoy, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.

The breakfast was delicious, the surroundings stunning, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. It was the perfect mix of rest, exploration, and fun. We came home feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit!

Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable, hassle-free holiday experience.

Wow brilliant, lovely room and all areas spotlessly clean, compliments to the cleaning staff you should be proud of the work you do.
Breakfast was fantastic with so many choices, staff worked triedlessly keeping everything clean and food filled.
So close to square and within walking distance to all the sights. Booked with kracow direct for trips on hotel recommendations which were good.

Excellent value for money, spacious rooms, comfortable and clean bathroom. Breakfast is very generous, including a sweet treat (not a given abroad).
A few minutes' walk from the center (about 5 minutes to the square). There's metered parking in front of the hotel (we never had trouble finding it in two days).

The room we reserved and paid for was a premium room, but it was small and the bathroom was tiny. We complained that the air conditioning didn't work, and they never checked it. Housekeeping was mediocre, and the staff was unhelpful. I won't be back.
