Hostel Biały Dom in Krakow

Rooms on the territory of the Church. Everything is clean and tidy. Close tram, which in just 10 minutes gets you to the centre.

Good hotel

Good location. clean, comfy beds, friendly staff, great location—perfect for budget travelers!

The room is very comfy , the beds were small but comfortable. The bathroom is outside the room and shared , but they were always clean . It is a bit far from the city center if you are planning to go by foot. The neighbourhood is quite.

This hostel is located on the large grounds of a typical hotel, and all check-in and other procedures are done by the hotel. It's about a 1-minute walk away. The hostel was very clean and the bed was firm and comfortable.

The shower room and toilet were also clean. The ground floor seems to be a private room type, and the second floor is a dormitory. When I stayed there, there were very few guests, so it was very quiet and comfortable.

On the first day, there were about three groups of guests on the ground floor, so I could hear voices and footsteps in the hallway, and the toilet was dirty, probably because they used it poorly. On the second and third days, the ground floor was reserved for us, so it was quiet and the toilet was clean.

The problem was that there was no hair dryer. There was no hair dryer in the shower room or in the room, and they didn't lend one out, so you have to let it dry naturally after a shower. If you have long hair, be careful not to catch a cold.

The building was warm as soon as you entered, and the room was very clean and warm. You can spend the time in short sleeves. They will change the linen if you request it. I got a set and changed it myself whenever I wanted.

There was a tea service on the hotel side, but for some reason it ran out on the third day. I got hot water at the reception. The reception staff were very kind.

It said that it was far from public transportation, but if you take the 125 bus from Krakow Central Station (Kraków Glowny), it arrives almost in front of the hotel, which is quite convenient. The 125 bus is closer and more convenient than the tram. The fare for both the tram and the bus is PLN4.

If I stay in Krakow again, I will stay here. It was very good.

It was not in a central location but local transportation was 20 minutes walk. Overall it was nice, warm and cozy. Room, showers and toilets were clean. In our room we had a loud water pipe sound, very disturbing.
