The cleanliness is very bad.. the beds and sheets have not been changed and are dirty..There were hairs and marks from the previous customer on my bed. I was not comfortable at all and could not sleep through the night.

Very nice Facilities, clean and cheap. The room was not awesome and not too bad it was good, it has sharing toilet and bathroom but it was cheap so its okay. I would recommend for students and couples. Its at walking distance from old town of Karków.

The location was great that is near to the city centre as well as accomodation when taking into consideration moderate prices.

It Is a kind of comfortable and economic place to stay in town. Position Is perfect and near to the centre.

Nothing wrong with this place, great location , few walking minutes from town center, rooms are clean, beds are ok, it's not expensive per night, 2 very friendly ladies, I advise this hostel for people wanting to spend a couple nights visiting the beautiful city of Krakow, I will definitely return, thank you very much

We went to this hostel looking for last minute accommodation and It was wonderful experience from start to finish! The owner was very helpful allowing us late booking and late check out. From the minute we arrived we were welcomed by very friendly staff providing exceptional service! We stayed in Apartment nr3 that was flawless. Nothing i could really pick on! Exceptionally clean with lovely smell and fully equipped kitchen! The mattress may be soft (not to everyone liking) but I sleept extremely well with all windows opened and the streets is very calm at hight yet only 10 min easy walk from town center. Following the Owner even help us sort issue completely not related to this accommodation going out of her way when we faced stressful situations! All of it for very affordable price! I stay in Krakow on regular base in many hotels/hostels and this is the first time I'm taking the time to review as I cannot understand some of those low rated reviews below... I will be back definitely and will recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy nice stay close to town center in Kraków!

Basic but clean, cheerful and affordable rooms with fast free WiFi in a conveniently located hostel in central Krakow, although the route from Krakow Market Square is a little confusing, especially for first-time visitors.
Take note:
- the key to each room can be collected from a number-coded little box outside the room, and can simply be left in the door lock on checking out
- towels are not provided, so have one or two packed before checking in
- ... and don't expect room service, it's a hostel - not a 5-star hotel :)
Several well-equipped communal bathrooms are available, as well as a nice communal kitchen on the ground floor where guests can cook their meals.
The communal dining room is next to the reception desk and street entrance, also on the ground floor.
Kudos to the lovely staff who speak English and are friendly and professional.

Splendid place right by the heart of Krakow. Reception was very nice and helpful, gave us some recommendations for a late evening outting.
Room was clean and plain simple for a good night sleep. Shared bathrooms were tidy but there was a tiny problem water not going down the shower drain fast enough.
Parking available near the premises if you can find a spot or you can pay the hostek to host your car in their yard (very narrow gate)
