H15 Francuski Hotel in Krakow

An absolute gem in Old Town Krakow - perfect location!Highly recommended! The hotel is beautifully located in the Old Town, right next to a lovely park and within walking distance to absolutely everything. We stayed at H15 Francuski for a birthday celebration, and they surprised us with wonderful treats. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and very comfortable. The 5-star breakfast was outstanding, and the hotel restaurant is excellent. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly polite every single request was fulfilled perfectly. We will definitely come back

The manager Kamil (sp) was excellent in all
respects. He was very knowledgeable about the hotel & Krakow. He made our stay comfortable & was a pleasure to talk with. Mathew was also excellent in all respects. He was extremely skillful with our complicated multiple reservations. We were appreciative that both Kiril & Mathew could converse in perfect English. We hope to return & recommend others to stay at The Francuski Hotel. We were pleased with all the staff. ******When I returned home to the USA my doctor said she wants to go with her husband to Krakow. Her name is Dr. Adams & I gave her the name of your hotel. She wrote it down.if & when she comes room 301 was an excellent room!

Excellent location, staff were also very helpful. Bathroom has a tiny shelf and dim lighting. Room (100) although large but only a sofa, no chairs, and has a small desk. Small tv made it hard to watch. We had a problem with no AC on arrival which was fixed the next day. The hotel restaurant (dinner) was fabulous. Overall, excellent hotel and worth every penny!

We visited Kraków in May and had a wonderful stay at Hotel Francuski. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Main Square. The breakfast was great, and the facilities are beautiful, but what we appreciated most was the outstanding service from the staff.
Mikołaj welcomed us at the front desk and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was kind enough to arrange a quiet room for us at the last minute and was always helpful and attentive to our needs. He also shared some excellent local recommendations that allowed us to experience Kraków beyond the usual tourist attractions.
We truly felt welcomed throughout our stay and would happily recommend Hotel Francuski to anyone visiting Kraków.

Had an excellent stay here. We had a double deluxe room on the second floor. The hotel does have a lift, but the stairs are just something else. You have to check out the hotels pictures, it’s something out of a movie! They have a pool table in the hotel lobby area which we played in several times, well serviced by the bar or the restaurant either side or the lobby. Breakfast , which was in our room rate, was served in the restaurant, a great looking eggs Benedict, but a warning, they used a strong truffle ham! We did not take diner in the hotel so cannot comment here. Our room was very much 1920’s with refurbished Bakelite light switches and poker outlets, if you’re over 50 you will understand what I mean! The bed was fantastically comfortable (I have a lower back issue) and I slept as well as I do in my own bed. Our room (201) had connected small salon room and a tiny balcony. Usual coffee and tea equipment and mini bar. All in all a great stay, we will be returning as our son has relocated there for Love and work. We both wanted to mention Krzysztof, the concierge. He was engaging and charming and possibly the main reason we are leaving this review. Over all a lovely hotel, and lovely people running it.

Great location! Located next to Krakow Old Town Square, right outside are cobblestone streets and Renaissance buildings. The room is small but has an Eastern European feel, with solid wood furniture and vintage chandeliers. The apple pie and smoked sausage for breakfast are very authentic, and the rooftop terrace overlooks the spire of the Church of Our Lady. The waiter will enthusiastically recommend a niche jazz bar, but the only downside is that the rooms facing the street are a bit noisy. Very cost-effective, suitable for travelers who want to deeply experience the charm of the old town.
