Krakow, ul. Mikolajska 30 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
My wife and i stopped for a tea and janeck was so lovely and helpful. He gave us advice on what do in krakow and great insider advice on the different museums around
The rooms were excellent, and the staff is very friendly!!! They allowed us to drop our bags off early :)
Staff friendly and rooms very clean. Breakfast could be improved on a little and the breakfast area is quite small. There is no elevator in the hotel so be aware if you have mobility issues
Excellent hotel, clean, exceptional staff, very close to the central market square, we stayed from 5 to 8 January 2024, two adults and 3 children gave us a room on the intimate floor rather than a room in an apartment, tidy, clean, warm, welcoming
This hotel is in a great location just off the main square in the old town. We had an apartment room which was really big and perfect for us as a family
Hotel with a more than excellent location a stone's throw from the market square in the historic center of Krakow. Possibility to leave your luggage if the flight is not combined with the room check out time

Krakow, 19 Helclów (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed
The location was also perfect, with easy access to everything I wanted to see and do. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area
It seems it has been open for about 5 years. Breakfast this morning was so good. There is a secure car park however, some spaces are in the road outside. They charge up to 8pm and from 10am
My room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, offering everything I could ask for during my stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel felt warm and inviting, making me feel at home
Great location and great staff, lovely room on the corner. Will definitely be back and will stay most likely an additional 2 days. Keep the good work up corner hotel!!
Excellent old fashioned hotel. Right next to the main train station and within a few minutes walking of the old town square. Good fresh breakfast

The location was really good! It was just a short walk to the train station, from here you could also quickly walk to the old town and, for example, to the new shopping center
We were quite busy on our trip, so we only had time to eat one breakfast during the three days
I'm returning to this hotel for the second time - the location is great, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the staff is very helpful. We will definitely come back.
Amazing hotel, professional staff, tasty breakfast, top location. Room was old but comfortable and spacious. Best price quality ratio you can imagine.
Will stay again Old but clean and small room. Excellent location. Walkable to old town and the castle. Breakfast was super good. Reasonable price.
We will come back Huge rooms, helpful and friendly staff, very nice breakfast, quiet area and close distance to all parts of krakow.

Krakow, ul. Wielopole 3 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
It was nice talking to her 🥰 Also, after I checked in, and even after I checked out and left my bag at the hotel while I went out, they offered me a cup of coffee. You can also enjoy lemon water and candy in the lobby
it is, quite literally, a 20 minute walk to most places! As a final note, Izabela even messaged us the day before our departure to inform us that we could enjoy a late checkout as well;she could not have been more accommodating! We could not recommend Apartamenty Wielopole 17 enough!!!
I stayed here alone for two nights. Every service was great! Since I was visiting Krakow, I asked one of the front desk staff members for advice
She was so kind and friendly that she recommended some restaurants and cafés near the hotel using a map
It takes about a twenty-minute walk from Kraków Główny, but the hotel has easy access to the Old Town, Wawel Castle, and a local market nearby
The staff were amazingly helpful, always friendly and willing to assist with anything needed. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and great quality, making for a perfect start to the day

I am disabled so for me I need to park close and have a few steps in places as possible. Utterly spotless rooms with nice large bathrooms. But the best part is the hotel is so close to the castle and the town center
Gorgeous room Spacious bathroom 5 minute walk to centre Easy check-in/check-out Quiet area
The hotel receptionist was extremely helpful 👌. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Krakow
You could it get a more perfect location for the price. I will certainly be coming back to stay

Breakfast was served as a buffet and had a rich selection of both hot and cold dishes. The dishes seemed to be homemade and there were some variations from day to day, which helped to lift the impression
We had a lovely room with plenty of space. The whole hotel was well kept and had lots of character. The staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful and knowledgable. We would definitely stay there again.
Friendly staff, tasty varied breakfast (with gluten free option), perfect position close to the city centre and to many restaurant and bars. Good quality-price ratio. 100% to recommend!
The breakfast each morning was very good, mostly cold foods and continental with a few hot items. There was a very wide choice available and the breakfast room was lovely, very quirky. Even though breakfast was from 8
This hotel is situated in the Jewish quarter and was very handy for our trip pickup. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel was very clean and the reception staff were very helpful all through our stay
The WiFi was excellent and we had no problem with it. The password is easily available on reception. The room furniture was a little data but the bed sheets were pure white and the bed so comfortable

Aparthotel Best Views was amazing! Friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and had everything you need. Just a short walk away from old town, so ideal location too. Would highly recommend!!
Our room was spacious, clean, with lots of storage options, kitchenette and pretty view from the windows. Hotel is conveniently located, close to the Wawel castle and old tow
This hotel is amazing lovley and helpful staff, spotless room and an amazing location would recommend this place to anyone
All in total good. View is not so brilliant, but water in jacuzzi is really hot. Service people are really customer orientated. What’s pissing - the deposit… but ok.

This hotel was very pleasant and comfortable for us. The room and bathroom was clean and nicely furnished. Communication with the hotel manager was easy and fun. The breakfast in the restaurant was absolutely amazing
The staff was friendly and always ready to help, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the vacation exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday
We are currently staying in a family room. Fantastick hotel, rooms cleaned daily with new supplies and fresh towels bedding. Host very welcoming I would definitely stay again could not ask for more. Thank you.
Excellent location to discover Krakow. Very comfortable bed. Nice lighting in the room. Everything was working properly. Good WiFi. Very kind staff and good choice of breakfast.
What a fantastic find. Close to Jewish quarter and only 20mins walk to main square. Lovely helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. We'll be back as Arnie would say

Krakow, Ul. Sw. Gertrudy 12 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
We Loved staying at Leonardo, the room is a bit small, but we really liked it, we loved starting our mornings with coffee at the patio in the lobby :) The service was great, and the location is amazing, only 5-7 min walk to the main area
Used this hotel as a base to visit Krakow and surrounding areas over 4 nights. Everything about this hotel was spot on. Only minor criticism is the availability of decaf coffee and tea (but several herbal varieties)
However this seems to be a common issue throughout Poland
The room was clean with high ceilings however was quite small, its ok for a single person or a couple visiting for a couple of days but could do with being bigger for any longer stay as storage and space is very limited
We stayed on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside, which made for a very peaceful stay. Overall, a super hotel and we would definitely stay here again
Great hotel near the Old Town for an affordable city break, the hotel is modern and clean with great staff. Location is central with only about a 5-10 minute walk to the city square or castle

The breakfast in the morning was amazing & the food was fresh, there is tea & coffee available in urns but if you ask at the bar you can order barista style coffees included in the price of the breakfast, I can wholeheartedly recommend the flat white
The hotel was excellent in every way ! The location is perfect to explore the city on foot, located near the former Jewish Quarter, which is stunning, and a 13/15 walk to the Old Town
The room was clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious, I was very satisfied
Excellent location, comfortable hotel, nice room Unfortunately, room 105 wasn't very quiet because the air conditioning was too loud, and to top it all off, you could constantly hear the noise of the nearby tram tracks until midnight, then it started again around six
Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift
Nice hotel, they made us veggie breakfast boxes when we were on a guided tour that left at 5:50am. Breakfast is good for veggies too.. They serve prosecco at breakfast, which seemed odd, but when in Rome...

Wonderful hotel! Very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The room was well maintained, with a comfortable bed and everything needed for a pleasant stay
He also welcomed in me Greek, for the added warmth of effort and to create a common ground of hospitality. Truly a great impression, would visit again at any time !
First time in Krakow and had a fantastic stay. Hotel was in a great location, really clean, modern with great breakfast. Staff were very attentive and helpful
He guided me with absolute confidence to my room and made sure he would assist me at any chance in case of any constraints troubling my stay

Only negative the lighting OMG emergy lighting means make-up in the. Glass jug provided fantastic shower gel. Had a great sleep was only there from 11. 30 to 3pm but gorgeous just a little far away from things for me
Lovely hotel I accidentally booked one day short for my other hotel had to check in here. Arrived at 11am requested to drop off my bag they actually had our room ready. Very nicely decorated with personalized towels
Great butique hotel. Kind service. Clean and best of all I requested a packed breakfast and it was super yummy. Thank you
That said the tram is 5 min walk
It was ok.  Shower was good and room space enough big.  Hotel has free sparkling water machine
Booked a 2-night-stay at this hotel. Feels more like a Hostel than a 4 star hotel. Staff was nice and the hotel is just a 15 min walk to the Old Town. The room was small and appeared really dark

I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in Krakow. Last but not least, we booked on to the breakfast last minute and did not regret it. There was a wide selection and the service was great
I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the uniformity and the noise of the large chain hotels or unkempt rental apartments. Great service, helpful staff and ambience
It was not far from the old town and the room was spacious. The walls were a bit think though but for my short stay it was not a problem. The price is really good for the amenities that you receive
Be aware, there are no water bottles provided. Check in and check out were fast and smooth
Breakfast was good, including lots of hot and cold options: fresh bread, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, pancakes, hash browns, eggs, salads and more. The tea was good quality (not Lipton) and coffee machines are provided
The beds were comfortable at this hotel, and the room and environment was very clean. The shower was hot and had good pressure, though the shower room enclosure could have been a bit bigger

From the airport, a public transport bus (bus 300) brought us very close to the hotel at the Convention Centre stop for 6PLN. And we took the bus back to the airport
The best place in Krakow, in front of the Wawel Castle, over the Wisla River. You can walk 10 min and be in the Stare Miasto, the heart of Krakow or take a tram right in front of the hotel and go wherever you need
The staff is really kind and helpful and they care about your staying, all to be perfect for their guests. If these guys would go to another hotel, they can increase the quality of the service in very short time
Stayed 2 nights between Christmas and New year with few weeks in advance for booking. The booking process was smooth, room allocation ideal, view to the street, big enough windows to allow natural light
First and definitely not my last time booking this place. highly recommended! Breakfast has good variety of baked goods, salads, cold cuts and cheese. Cereals to choose from and drinks dispenser
The room came with a small kettle and complementary teas and coffee bags, as well as 2 mugs (replaced every day when cleaning staff came in to change towels, toilet paper, soap and amenities

This is a very traditional hotel with classic facilities such as towel rack and second telephone in the bathroom. Perfect for "good old days" hotel lovers like me. Very friendly and helpful hotel manager and staff
There are several streets in Kazimierz district with "Józefa" prefix and luckily a Polish gentleman (while walking his dog) led us to the right place
Breakfast is a highlight - sumptuous and delicious. Hotel location is best for exploring historic and lively Kazimierz in Krakow
Cozy place in the heart of the Jewish quarter
It was very quiet, super cozy and just a pleasant time. The breakfast buffet was really good for being such a humble establishment. The staff was great and welcoming. The beds however were quite worn and hard
Great location in the Jewish Quarter. Lots of maintenance work currently going on so there are some issues with workmen using the lift. We stayed in a refurbished room which we could not fault

Room and property were exceptionally clean. The staff was always responsive, friendly and very helpful. One of the best free breakfasts we have ever had. Excellent location between old town and Jewish section
The price is definitely high if you compare with similar hotel in the city. Quality of breakfast ok but absolutely not unforgettable as I have read in previous reviews. No gym and a very small sauna

This is a hotel located right in the heart of Kraków’s old town District. You are a stones throw away from immeasurable restaurants, and only a short walk to the main central Square with a bustling market
To enter the building, you need a room key, which is given to you at check-in, but when I first arrived, I didn't have it yet, so other travelers helped me out
Superbly located in the old town, 2 minutes walk from the centre. Large rooms, all the Windows overlook the courtyard, very quiet in the evenings
Excellent location, especially for the price. The building and amenities are a bit older, but everything was clean and orderly. Would stay again!
Its location is unbeatable, as it's only a minute from the main square. The room was perfectly clean, there was lots of space, I actually got a twin room for the price of a single
Cozy and warm, There are also nice restaurants and cafes nearby, and it is easy to get to other historic sites . The ceilings in the rooms are very high. Off course, staff is so kind! I recommend this hotel!

Have to mention a special thank you to Magda and Klaudia, two of the receptionist. They’ve booked trips and restaurants for us along with taxes and shuttle service to the airport and back
Hotel in a good location walkable to both the Old town and Jewish quarter. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Was able to store our personal belongings on the last day which was a bonus
Has air con which is great as you can’t really open the windows at night as the trams can be a bit noisy and so can the groups of stag and hen groups singing down the street
