Krakow, Ul. Syrokomli 2 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is well located with buses and trams at the corner. Staff are really friendly and room is big. They have a water fountain in each floor where you can fill a jug available in the bedroom
This hotel is very basic, much like a travelodge. There are alot nicer/good location hotel to stay in for the same price. We only stayed here as easyjet would payout for a 3 star or less
Good location, very close to Sheraton, about 10 minutes drive from the city center
Great hotel, couldn’t fault it. Lovely room, breakfast & fab location. All the staff were friendly especially the ladies in the breakfast restaurant in the morning
A bus stop was only 400 meters from the hotel, making it very convenient for exploring the wonderful city of Krakow. The staff was exceptional—polite and helpful
We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The rooms were a bit small but manageable. The breakfast was decent, though not outstanding

Krakow, Ul.Szpitalna 30 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Many of the 4 or 5 star hotels we looked at were lovely but after some research we realised the Pollera was in an equally great location, maybe 1 to 2 minutes walk away from such hotels, but way cheaper! The hotel is in traditional Polish style which we really enjoyed
The room was on the small side but had everything needed for a comfortable stay, the room was very clean (which is a credit the the cleaning staff they do a wonderful job) the bathroom was very clean and a good size, hand soap and shower gel is provided
Excellent location, right in the heart of the old town. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety.
As mentioned though, the location was the real draw! We were a 3 minute walk (if that) away from the main square and a similar walk away from what seemed to be the main high street
Stayed here recently, the location is fantastic, only a short walk to the old town, close to shops bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful
The hotel is around 20 minutes from the airport and cost us PLN 80 in an uber. Other than that journey, we were pretty much able to walk everywhere

Krakow, 17, Straszewskiego Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Friendly, efficient, accomodating staff who are always happy to help and offer advice. The hotel is perfectly located for access to he old town and Christmas markets. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean
Modern well presented hotel in Good location for exploring city centre. Was particularly impressed by the way one of the reception staff handle a complaint from a very rude self centred client
Nice parkside location next to tram lines. 20 US when I used it) was 25 min and located a block away. Everything in Krakow is walkable from here or you can hop on a tram. Castle was a short stroll away
Fantastic location, friendly helpful reception staff. Upgraded on arrival, lovely room. Just breakfast that let the stay down, as everything kept running out. Overall very impressed with hotel though
The food in the bar was really nice, with a good selection. Breakfast can be a little chaotic but still enjoyable. We will definitely come back to this hotel again
Best part is the location, walking distance to old town. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would stay in this hotel again.

9.1
Krakow, Ul. Poselska 22 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Friendly staff on check in room was very clean and warm hotel very close to central square
Thoughtful details like slippers and toothbrushes were provided without needing to ask, which speaks volumes about how well the hotel anticipates guest needs
Our apartment was spacious and beautifully laid out — truly generous by European standards — and immediately felt comfortable and intentional
Great location, friendy and helpful staff, very clean and great decor. Only downside no tea/coffee facilities in room, communal room only
Hotel WAWEL strikes a rare balance between practicality and warmth, and it’s clear the team takes pride in maintaining that standard
After long days of exploring, it was a relief to return to a space that actually allowed us to rest and reset

PURO Kraków Stare Miasto, Krakow1 / 30

Krakow, ul. Ogrodowa 10 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Other drawbacks included the view, which isn’t great and isn’t accurately represented in the photos on Booking. The TV also frequently struggled to stream or cast from my phone via YouTube, which became a bit frustrating
We stayed in a top-floor suite, and again, compared to the suite we had in Gdańsk just a few days earlier, it was underwhelming. The room was very small with limited cupboard and hanging space
The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, keeping our drinks topped up and even making cocktails that weren’t on the menu. Housekeeping was also efficient and thorough
The motion-activated bathroom lights were also frustrating, as they could turn off while you were in the shower, leaving you in the dark
It’s noticeably smaller than the others, and while I understand the design choice, the décor felt dated and wasn’t really to my taste
We requested a few items for the room, such as an iron and ironing board and extra towels, and they arrived very quickly

Krakow, 4 Podbrzezie (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The transportation was convenient, the hotel staff were friendly, and the full-length mirror in the room was great for getting ready.
The room was a bit not to my expectations because I didn’t have the city views as mentioned and it didn’t make sense to pay extra for the balcony
Brilliant hotel. Great location. Lovely breakfast. Rooms very clean. Just need more spoons at breakfast….. random I know!!
Nice and very new hotel, well located. But the bedding leaves a lot to be desired: the sheets are small and don't cover your whole body, neither in length nor in width. It's a shame and it really detracts from the hotel
The hotel is located on a street full of restaurants and a nice Swedish cafe with great coffee (for Europe - I’m from Melbourne) and Swedish pastries - my fiancé is from Sweden
The breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the room’s skylight design ! it was absolutely beautiful and made the space feel so special

Nice, clean, modern room with great view over the river to the castle. Pleasant staff and minibar a nice touch. Easy access to city centre, highly recommend.
Short City Break Hotel was clean and comfy. The reception staff were always very helpful. We booked our trips to the salt mine and Auschwitz through the hotel. View over the castle and river was amazing
Fantastic! I had an amazing stay at Hotel Kossak! The food was delicious, the rooms spotless, and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect, and I felt very welcome
nice plush quality room with fridge and a kettle. friendly staff. excellent breakfast (although no baked beans !) nice bar area and great quality restauraunt on top floor
It was clean, with a lovely soft deep carpet, decent storage for clothing, comfortable bed, and bathroom with good lighting, a magnifying mirror and lovely toiletries

There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board
Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known
The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms
Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far
Keep windows closed as the kids playing in the backyard can be noisy in the morning. Ask for a room in the topmost storey towards the caste, and you'll get a glimpse of it - beautiful especially during the night
I really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was huge and we had our choice of three on the first floor. We picked one facing the street that had two bathrooms and it didn't end up being noisy at all
The location is very convenient and I was attended to very well. The hotel has vintage vibes with many paintings and is quiet The plumbing and mattress could’ve been better
Very small rooms, simple furnitures. Good: very nice breakfast room. Hotel nearby center of the City and Kazimierz
Special thanks to the staff for arranging my my early checkout and arranging a meal for me as well
Great location in the Old Town, walking distance to the Main Square. Rooms and bathrooms are super clean, staff very helpful and polite. Reception open 24 h if you need anything. Shops and cafes nearby.
Not luxury but has all the basics for a solo traveler. Offers breakfast for a fee but didn’t try this. Well positioned close to a train station and the old town. Perfect for a short visit to Krakow

Everything was super clean, very sweet daily notes left about the history and tales of Krakow, the bed was super comfortable! This hotel really made my holiday experience 100 times better, I actually wanted to stay longer
Absolutely stunning hotel and located in the heart of Krakow! Upon arrival I was offered coffee, a soy latte to be exact which surprised me. Any help I needed from reception, they were attentive with maximum effort
The design itself is fun and creative, only small thing is that it is very warm inside, had the leave the windows open, being as it was the beginning of March, I do wonder what it's like in the Summer
All staff were very polite, all spoke excellent English, the rooms were visually appealing as well as being clean, comfortable and warm
Breakfast was from a fixed menu which offered a good choice and was served freshly prepared
Extremely good value, but that's the beauty of zloty to GBP, will happily stay again

Was at Jule Weekend Hotel located right in the center and is very clean and really friendly staff + we got a big room for the same price as they had done when we arrived can only highly recommend this hotel
Friendliest staff I have encountered for some time. Room was big and clean, quiet hotel but right in the centre of the old town. Definitely recommended
Very central location. Clean room and bathroom was updated. AC also, Google Maps will bring you to the front door.
Krakow city break Perfectly situated in the centre of town, near the castle, salt mines are twenty minutes away by bus. Bars and restaurants close by.

Wow brilliant, lovely room and all areas spotlessly clean, compliments to the cleaning staff you should be proud of the work you do

Second stay here and will definitely return. The breakfast is exceptional and everything about the rooms and location is perfect.
Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel, ideal location for exploring Krakow
The fish and chips, dumplings and French toast was outstanding. The location of the hotel is superb facing the main square and walking distance to everything else. The disappointing aspect was the breakfast
We enquired about our free bottle and was told they would need to speak to the manager but didn’t hear back from them. We had three bookings in total. So overall I would say above average but not excellent
The coffee we ordered each morning came to us barely warm even when ordering it extra hot. The waitress staff are not very attentive even when only two couple eating at a time

Our whole party loved the hotel and the location. It’s a small cab ride from the hotel in to the shopping center and the castle is a couple minutes walk. We all said we would come again and stay here!
It’s a very beautiful well decorated boutique hotel, with English speak friendly staff! We did room only so cannot comment on the food but the hospitality was second to none!!! We had no issues at all! The spa small but very clean and ideal for a quick dip in the jacuzzi followed by a sweat session in the sauna
We stayed only one night. But it was perfect. Arrived early but the room was already ready. Beautiful room luxuriously decorated and quiet with very comfortable bedding. Go back, yes surely.
Hotel was excellent and the staff were brilliant. Taxi rank outside the door. I will be back to stay again and would highly recommend this hotel
This is a boutique hotel, elegant and refined. The restaurant is great. It's only a dozen minutes' walk from the old town.

A little walk from the station, the hotel is located smack center at the entrance of the Old Town
Great location - in old city, 5 min walk to the main square, 10 min to train station, next door to amazing historical museum. Breakfast buffet is amazing, many Polish dishes to try local cuisine
Conveniently located a short walk up a quiet side street just far enough away from bustling nightlife of Krakow. Our bedroom was spotlessly clean and plenty warm enough despite the cold weather

We went on a trip one morning early so we asked reception any chance we could have something to take away again no problem you get a choice which 2 of us had polish breakfast roll which had ham cheese and salad and one had (the biggest) bagel...

We had such an amazing stay at the Pod Różą Hotel and would most certainly stay again. The hotel is beautifully decorated mixing modern touches with the history of the building
Super stylish decor. Mix of modern and traditional designs. Amazing bathrooms and we have been upgraded to a lovely suit!
Great hotel and very friendly staff. This hotel is located right in the centrum with limited parking, but that is not a problem. I called the hotel on my way there an they said drive to the hotel and park your car

The hotel is located in the tourist center and within walking distance of the old city and the important sites. The hotel staff is professional and attentive to every request
The room was fine and clean our cleaner really good. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from. Only 5 minutes walk from the centre and 10 minutes from the bus station and shopping centre.
Stay here for four days. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room and property are very clean. 10 minutes walk to the famous central square. There’s convenient store at the corner of the street.
One downside is lack of cupboard space, so we ended up just living out of our suitcase. Needed extra pillows and the beds we found were very comfortable. Good wifi as well in the hotel. Breakfast is absolutely brilliant
A lovely hotel only 5 mins away from the main square. The hotel is well catered for and the staff are attentive and make you feel at home. The breakfast is outstanding as was the evening meal we had there

The Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto instantly impressed me with its beautiful, modern, playful lobby design — highlighted by a replica of Queen Barbara’s dress (wife of King Zygmunt August), complete with a plaque sharing her story
Lovely hotel with an excellent location, very close to the old town and the train station. Everything is within walking distance. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. Thank you for the great hospitality. 🥰
Early check in and late checkout available. Spacious rooms, very well sound proofed. Nice breakfast and fantastic service. Lobby decorated nicely for Xmass. Location of the hotel is opposite railway station and huge mall
I was pleasantly surprised by the unexpected upgrade, the suite was spacious, comfortable, and definitely one of the highlights of my visit. The food was also really good, and I enjoyed the options available
However, it would be even better if there were a few more chicken dishes on the menu. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely consider staying here again
