The breakfast room is situated in ths basement and the buffet offered a good choice, but to enjoy it to the full, dine early. as items were not always replenished during our stay, hence 4 stars

The temp never dropped below 22 degrees the whole time and when I came back at the end of the day had risen to 26 degrees and I had to open the windows to cool the room down! The biggest issue was asking for replacements and being told the delivery hadn’t come! This was Monday to Friday! I asked for bottled water, tea bags each day and none were available

I believed my booking included breakfast There was no signs with prices for breakfast On checking out I was charged for breakfast and an extra coffee Be careful of the extra charges as no signs with prices for breakfast / coffee and no staff giving direction Apart from this the hotel was lovely and good location

I was with my friend and I paid GBP £305 and she paid £270 in PLN for the same stay. They did give me a refund when I complained. Everywhere in Krakow have the option and GBP exchange rate is exceptionally high

The hotel offers a pleasant stay about 2 km from the city center. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the view of Wawel Castle from the top floor is a highlight

Simple 3⭐️ hotel ideal for business trips situated a short walk to city centre. Rooms are quiet, spacious and clean. The beds are comfy, but rather softy. Breakfasts are rich and good ????. Staff is very kind.

This hotel was around a nice 15 minute walk south of the main square, located off the Main Street and a 15 second walk away from the best bakery I visited during my stay

I am an average built male but even I felt that the cabin is very narrow and since that was half open, the bathroom was always flooded after taking shower

Pluses: near the center and park. You can find many cafes, bars and shops around. There are parking lots on the street, but you have to pay for it. Clean rooms and friendly service

Minuses: its very hot in the rooms during warm days. When you open the window, it's quite noisy

Staff were friendly, helpful and you have mini golf and cosmic games bar close by Also a luggage room was available for free on our last day and there a kitchen available on multiple floors and a mysuem connected which I didnt manage to visit :-/ Highly reccomend

It was a cosy hotel . Clean and rooms were wide and tall.Although the doors there is nothing to block the noise from the corridor and we can hear people walking and talking all night.

The only two slight negatives being that it’s around a 25 minute walk to the centre , so you kind of have to commit if your going to pop their for the day but large issue if you enjoy a walk

The hostel is right next to the castle and bang in the center of everything. I even walked to the hostel from the bus station and it was not a bad walk with the luggage, about 20 minutes

I stayed in a private room under the name of Hawaii. The decor was nice and some decorations were truly authentic that I discovered were brought by owner from travelins. The general ambience is amazing

Also there are no table/chairs or any other storage space in the room apart from the locker given under the bed with a small lock and key which I find to be kind of primitive. The whole hostel is kind of old fashioned

Nothing i could really pick on! Exceptionally clean with lovely smell and fully equipped kitchen! The mattress may be soft (not to everyone liking) but I sleept extremely well with all windows opened and the streets is very calm at hight yet only 10 min easy walk from town center

The location was great that is near to the city centre as well as accomodation when taking into consideration moderate prices.

It Is a kind of comfortable and economic place to stay in town. Position Is perfect and near to the centre.

Following the Owner even help us sort issue completely not related to this accommodation going out of her way when we faced stressful situations! All of it for very affordable price! We booked a private room and were offered an upgrade for extra 10zl to a larger one, which turned out to be very large indeed. The hostel is nice and clean, and right in the middle of the action.

I loved that it was so close to the Easter market. I’m also glad this place provided ear plugs for sleep. The only thing that would have made the stay better is newer sheets

Location is the biggest positive point for this hostel. The staff is also very helpful. The only issue is that it is on the first floor and there is no elevator

So if you have heavy luggage or you have any issue climbing stairs you need to think twice before booking
