Hotel Wielopole in Krakow

I stayed here alone for two nights. Every service was great!
Since I was visiting Krakow, I asked one of the front desk staff members for advice. She was so kind and friendly that she recommended some restaurants and cafés near the hotel using a map. It was nice talking to her 🥰
Also, after I checked in, and even after I checked out and left my bag at the hotel while I went out, they offered me a cup of coffee. You can also enjoy lemon water and candy in the lobby.
It takes about a twenty-minute walk from Kraków Główny, but the hotel has easy access to the Old Town, Wawel Castle, and a local market nearby.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect. The staff were great. There was free vodka tasting. Very accommodating. Very happy with my choice to stay here

I had a great stay at Wielopole Hotel in Kraków. The location is excellent very central and within walking distance to the Old Town, Wawel Castle, and many restaurants and cafes, which made exploring the city very convenient.
The staff were amazingly helpful, always friendly and willing to assist with anything needed. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and great quality, making for a perfect start to the day. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków.

Our stay at Hotel Wielopole from Dec 4-9, 2025, was exceptional. While Krakow is a beautiful city, the team at this hotel made our trip truly special.
The front desk staff were simply amazing - friendly, extremely helpful, and constantly going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel really embraced the season; the Christmas decorations were beautiful, and we loved the fun daily message board. A real highlight was the evening vodka tasting in the lobby - such a unique and welcoming touch!
You honestly cannot beat this location. It is extremely close to The Old Town (an easy walk), which was perfect for visiting the Christmas markets. It was also very convenient for all of our tour pickups, making the logistics of our trip stress-free.
The room was on the smaller side, but it was spotless and perfectly adequate for our needs. Given the location and the service, the size was a minor trade-off we were happy to make.
I would highly recommend Hotel Wielopole to anyone visiting Krakow!

Very good hotel, very near to the center and trams, even to train station. The rooms are nice, i have nothing to say bad about this. I highly recommend to stay here.
Only thing if you have a troubled sleep is that at night you hear a little bit of noise because the hotel is right on the street that has traffic of cars. But that s only the case if you are very very sensitive and you want full silencer. Overall a great experience

This was our first trip to Kraków and I am VERY happy to have found Apartamenty Wielopole 17. The communication before arrival was quick and easy. Izabela was so accommodating; not only did she allow us to park our car early, she even messaged to inform us that the apartment would be available for early arrival as well. The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything one might need(coffee, tea, shampoo, shower wash, etc)...even a lovely little treat upon arrival! The location of Apartamenty Wielopole is brilliant...it is, quite literally, a 20 minute walk to most places! As a final note, Izabela even messaged us the day before our departure to inform us that we could enjoy a late checkout as well;she could not have been more accommodating! We could not recommend Apartamenty Wielopole 17 enough!!!

The staff were friendly and the location was good, we were able to easily walk around the city from there and see everything that we wanted to see. They partner with the hotel across the street for parking, since they don't have any dedicated parking, which you can pay for at the front desk. The breakfast was really good, with plenty assortment of hot and cold food items, and the staff will bring you coffee however you like it.

The room was pretty small, but not a big deal for just one night. The fridge was really small as well, we could only fit a couple bottles of water in it.

I stayed at hotel Wielopole for one week at the beginning of my trip in Poland. I had a single room and it was located on the end of the hallway. It was near a stairwell and this is probably the quietest room I’ve ever ever had. It was well kept by room service and I would highly recommend this hotel.

A real, classic hotel with a 24H reception and a very nice and attentive staff. You can have the coffee you like freshly made with your breakfast. Walking distance from the train station and even closer to the old town but still very quiet and peaceful.

A lovely hotel, in a very convenient location and with a wonderful highly professional and incredibly friendly staff. No request from a guest is ever refused by the staff. All hotel employees are friendly and alert with clients, which creates an inexpressible atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. All services are at the highest level. The hotel is very clean. The breakfasts are plentiful and varied. Recommended this hotel to my friends. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit. I am very grateful to the hotel staff for their care and help in solving my problems.
