The hotel is very unique, close to the road, not noisy It is just a bit old and smells a bit It is also very convenient to walk to the surrounding markets The price-performance ratio is very good! Worth a thumbs up👍

Good bed but a bit thin hard duvet. Very nice location close to tram. It could also have been heated in the bathroom floor, it gets cold when there are tiles. Professional and nice people at the reception

The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of a la carte dishes such as eggs Benedict and omelets, as well as a wide variety of buffet items. The room was clean and the design was well thought out

I stayed in the hotel in December 2024 with my little dog when I was visiting Krakow for a dance festival. Apart from the excellent rooms and perfect location, I must praise the outstanding staff

They took me in at midnight, quickly gave me the keys to the room. The room is clean and comfortable. Incredibly comfortable bed and soft pillows. My headache is gone 😆 Delicious breakfast

I don't know if they give full refunds in all cases, but I'm still very thankful to them for making my crashing day redeemable. If I still get the chance to travel next time, I will still choose to stay at this hotel

Great hotel, even though I didn't actually go to stay there, but when I was forced to cancel my trip and had to pay a large amount of money for it, they gave me a full refund not long after I submitted my request

About a 5 to 10-minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient. The room was small, but the wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a plus! However, the toilet paper looked a bit moldy

The windows are soundproof, so you won't hear any train noise from outside. Overall, it's good value for money, and the staff are friendly and can speak a little Mandarin

The room was really nice and had a very comfy bed and amazing pillows! The room had two USB sockets either side of the bed as well which was helpful and also had its own doorbell and digital "do not disturb"/"clean my room" signs! Breakfast provided was nice, but slightly limited choice - although it's all down personal preference! Overall really enjoyed our stay and would recommend 100% to anyone...

We had the one in the attic / the most upper floor, and it was very pleasant. Also, we were concerned that there would be noise with the tram and train passing by it, but we didn’t hear a thing

Since I had no time for breakfast on my departure day, I asked for a lunch package for my further travel. It had so many items in it, it almost lasted the whole day! Thank you very much!

I stayed in a room with a view of the sky. The room was warmly decorated, well-equipped, and the service was excellent. I was very satisfied.

Breakfast had a very good selection of hot eggs, bacon, sausages & fruit, pastries, cereal etc… Can’t comment on restaurant in evening as had 2 very long days so did not eat there but menu looked very appealing

Brilliant hotel! Rooms are very spacious ,modern, clean, no noise (I was looking out on a busy street) & had a lovely balcony to sit on if wanted

My only minor complaint is that the internet connection could be faster. Overall, a very solid choice for both business and leisure travelers

The hotel is located 15 minutes from the main square and 10 to Railway Station. Everything was clean - the bathroom, the corridors in the hotel. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were very soft

The only thing is that the rail line goes exactly to the hotel - with the window closed there is no problem, I slept perfectly, probably in the warm months with the window open it will be noisy

It was particularly convenient for our trip to the Wieliczka Salt Mine, as we could leave our luggage at the hotel and collect it on our way back. The front desk staff were incredibly nice!

It is also convenient to go to their exhibition center and the environment is relatively quiet

We have just returned from a great stay at Hotel Batory. The rooms were really cosy, extremely clean and the shower was great! The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing, with plenty of variety

We spent four nights at this fabulous hotel the reception staff was excellent so helpful breakfast each morning was spoilt for choice the room we had was very spacious with cupboards loads of space

It's not right in the thick of everything and you have a lovely park like walkway into the old town. It's also close enough to the river that I just followed the trail down for my run

While I'm sure there are similar, fantastic boutique hotels within the walled old city of Krakow, Hotel Indigo's location between the old city and the train station make it ideal for anyone arriving by train

It was easy to access and the reception staff were very friendly. The shower rooms were also clean. The cleaning staff were also very nice!

The hotel has a lovely smell of cinnamon apples throughout, and felt very clean yet homely. The room we had was on the smaller side however was very comfortable. The bed was huge and had 2 duvets which was really nice

The only downside was that the shower leaked, creating a small flood in the bathroom, but this was a really small issue. The room was small, but it was fairly priced and for two nights this was not an issue

The selection at breakfast was excellent, with food made to order as well as a buffet with lots of choice. The room itself was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and good facilities

Issue with curtain which was rectified straight away and when asked for another pillow was sent straight to the room

Only a short walk to the centre of krakow. Our room was at the top and it warm and cosy. There is a lift in the hotel if you don't or can't use the stairs. The room was very clean and we had no problems

This hotel is very nice, in a quiet location only a 15-20 minute walk from the main city centre so perfect for those who don’t wanna be far but also not in the busiest and loudest part

Don’t understand the bad reviews! Loved staying here for 3 nights, simple and effective that you can get access to your room without needing a receptionist and the rooms are comfortable, spacious and quiet, water pressure is also great in the shower

The room we stayed is was really big and roomy, the beds were comfy and the bathroom had a good shower and amazing lighting to get ready. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept and so was the room when we arrived

Hotel staff were welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, even arranging for us to take a lunch box with us on our tour when our early start meant missing breakfast

Very comfortable stay within walking distance of the old town.

The hotel is quite centrally located, close to the train station, and all the sights are within walking distance. My room was on the 4th floor without an elevator, which is manageable

The location is great, near to the city centre. There is water machine provided each floor.

Very good hotel, everything is clean, beautiful view, cozy and warm. There is a garden convenient in summer) the only thing is that there is no elevator, but it's not critical for me)

The room was quite spacious and very clean. It's just over 1 km from the train station, and the price was very affordable.

The only downside was train noise, (we were on the back side and our window looked out at the tracks) but the noise slowed down at night and we didn't let it bother us

It's very comfortable and convenient, with nearby convenience stores and a mall! I stayed in a single room, which was super comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! There are several convenience stores and shopping malls nearby, and it's less than a 10-minute walk from the train station

Hana at the reception explained everything to us about the city from the very first moment and guided us on where to eat and what is worth seeing

Thy even gave me a doughnut with a candle in it on my birthday! In a great position too, nice and central with easy walk to city centre and buses also close by. Breakfast was really nice too

We had a fabulous time in Cracow! Our hosts Magdalena and Gosha were amazing! Our apartments were clean and well stocked and they were so kind and welcoming and we felt like family! They were always available to answers questions and ensure our stay was the best it could be ! Our breakfasts were amazing !

Our stay at cracowdays was a good one , our room was a good size, bathroom was modern and every where exceptionally clean , it was lovely to have a well equipped kitchen at our disposal for a cup of tea after a long day out sightseeing plus there was always cakes / biscuits for us

Whst a great quiet apartment in an old authentic town house. Sympathetically restored to accomadate 4 apartments. It is just of the main road leading to the square and was so quiet, lovely bed and cleaned every day

There are several streets in Kazimierz district with "Józefa" prefix and luckily a Polish gentleman (while walking his dog) led us to the right place

It was very quiet, super cozy and just a pleasant time. The breakfast buffet was really good for being such a humble establishment. The staff was great and welcoming. The beds however were quite worn and hard

Great location in the Jewish Quarter. Lots of maintenance work currently going on so there are some issues with workmen using the lift. We stayed in a refurbished room which we could not fault

Yes, the towels are small and thin so got soaking on first use. We didn’t feel we could reuse them. We weren’t located on the main street so wasn’t too noisy. I do sleep with earplugs so noise not an issue anyway

We didn’t bother with breakfast. Much cheaper to eat elsewhere. The bathroom floor did need a vacuum (lots of hairs on arrival that weren’t ours). This wasn’t done while we were there

My partner and l wanted to change rooms for a bigger one with shower not bath and they offered us 3 choices to choose from. Worth the stay and value of money … blurry pictures cox my whole stay was just lit 😝😝

Great location for walking into the Old Town, Jewish Quarter and to the castle. Room was beautiful and spacious, beds comfy, body wash and hairdryer provided.

Just returned from a 3 night stay here. The hotel is in a good location for the Jewish quarter and there’s a tram stop nearby. My husband and I had a separate bedroom and our son slept on the sofa bed

To confess I didn’t know about the free breakfast. I was able to do two weeks of washing, then dry everything inside the flat on the drying hooks inside. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and warm

OK place to stay right in the centre of Krakow. Maybe a bit more dated and tired looking than some other hotels but for PLN200 (£40) per night it was good value. All staff seemed pleasant enough and spoke good English
