Nad Potokiem in Karpacz

I do not recommend. We were placed in some building next to the main one, which was not mentioned in the telephone booking. After entering the room, tears rushed to our eyes. Dirt, mold, damaged panels, it has not been cleaned there for a long time. Staff a tragedy PLN 600 a day a shame ! How can you treat people like that?! Of course, we didn't stay there with my husband, we went to the hotel where we stayed a few years ago. Now I know that if there is a place where you felt good, don't change it, it's not worth it.

I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews. The restaurant repels from the very entrance, but despite so many positive opinions, we decided to take a risk. The inside is empty despite lunch time, no one deigned to give the card, after checking the offer and the staff coming and asking what is to choose from, I heard that they will serve us what they have with salads, and it's better not to ask about fries and potatoes because the answer will be contemptuous. The service has also been disappointing. The meals are edible but nothing extraordinary. A portion of fries for two people and Silesian noodles were just right for a man to eat. The goulash is quite poorly HEATED, it's still soggy.
It was also absurd that the proprietress (probably) burst the customers even though they had already taken comfortable seats for them, claiming that the guests of the "hotel" should sit at one table and the so-called passers-by at another than they sat down. Looking at all this from the side, the man felt really embarrassed.
We will definitely not go back there. 😤

Dramatic food, smelly broth, smelly potatoes, pickled salad, and after the fried cabbage you didn't feel like eating. Waiting time 1.5 hours, impudent service that raises the voice of the customer. The lack of customers says something. I haven't eaten something like this for a long time and it will be hard to beat. I honestly do not recommend it, you can only get bowel, and there are so many great places around Karpacz.
