Here's the main issue: the spa was terrible! A local woman did the spa treatment, and her hands were like sandpaper! The aromatherapy spa felt like she was giving me a facial scrub! She couldn't even get the acupressure points right. I absolutely do not recommend it!
Breakfast is a disaster. Not only was the service poor, but a fat old man provided extremely poor service! The buffet had very little food, and many à la carte items were chargeable without being clearly stated. He added them to my bill without signing a receipt. When I checked out, he said only the spa charges were included, making no mention of breakfast! The main issue is, why were they charging me without a receipt?! Why didn't they sign a receipt?! They deducted the money directly from my deposit! I only discovered this at the airport. I contacted Ctrip, and they ended up compensating me for the money I shouldn't have paid. Ctrip's service was, of course, very good. It was only about 100 RMB, but why were they deducting it without a receipt?! I'm still angry typing this!
We really enjoyed the pool and the bar!
The decoration of the bar is gorgeous, the bar stools as so comfortable .
The jacuzzi is really relaxing. Our room was impeccably clean.
Breakfast did not meet our expectations-40€/person (there was no variety and the coffee was prepared from an automatic coffee machine-unacceptable for a 5 star hotel).
Finally, it would be better if it was explicit on the website that rooms have interior view and no city view.
