I came from Singapore and had a really pleasant experience here. The most unforgettable part was the service provided by Daria. I fell sick on the night before Christmas Eve and needed ibuprofen, but all pharmacies were closed. I went downstairs to ask Daria, and she immediately gave me a box of ibuprofen. When I offered to pay her, she declined and insisted that I keep it. She is a truly kind and caring person, and her help meant a lot to me and I will always remember my trip to Poland very fondly.

A very friendly and cozy hotel, perfect for short stays, located 3 min from the train station and in walking distance to the main sightseeing places. Each room is named after a famous person, I stayed at Prince’s room)). “Old school” style.

It's a wonderful hotel that stimulates Chopin's romance. It's a two-block walk from downtown Warsaw and the Palace of Culture and Science, and the National Gallery of Art is right across the street. I've been to Chopin's concert, which is hosted every evening for dozen of years, and Ishii Toshiki's performance was really good at there.

Super quaint hotel with a great location! Everything about it came with a story or a meaning. We loved every bit of it, especially our cute room. The breakfast was really nice.

This was the first hotel we stayed in after arriving in Warsaw. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it very much! We stayed in a room named Olga, but I will always remember going through the wardrobe to get into the bathroom. (Like the Lion, the Witch & the Wardrobe). We especially liked the breakfast buffet, great coffee, and eating homey meals in the restaurant at dinner time. The soup and pierogies were wonderful. We loved attending one of the Chopin performances in the salon, by candlelight while enjoying a glass of wine. A very special introduction to Warsaw! The hotel location was perfect, walking distance to public transportation, sightseeing and shopping.

Great hotel, with a special twist in everything: the rooms names, the antiques everywhere, the uniqueness of every room, and the amazing Chopin salon concerts held every night. Plus the great location near all Warsaw main attractions. Alan at the reception was very welcoming.

We stayed here for the second time this week and loved it, once again. The hotel has a real charm, the staff are friendly, and so kind. The rooms are very comfortable- everything you need without being too fancy. It’s just a really warm, wonderful way to stay in Warsaw. Be sure to catch the evening Chopin recital in the courtyard- really a magical experience.
