Hotel Travel Park Lisboa in Lisbon

Well-located hotel with a friendly welcome upon arrival. The breakfast is acceptable for the price, although most of the products are industrial and not very fresh, it still does the job. The room was cleaned daily, which was appreciated.
However, we were not informed that the items in the fridge were not free. The information only appeared the day before our departure, after we had already consumed some items without knowing they were chargeable. This is unfortunate, especially since in some countries this type of minibar doesn't exist, so we had no way of knowing.

Not a bad hotel

Here's a honest review. Most of the staff are polite people. Cleaning service seems fine. Breakfast is nice. Wi-Fi is super slow, impossible to download or upload video sometimes. Also regular web navigation on internet is slow several times. The bath has a heavy pressure on pipes which might make shower throw water everywhere making a mess like a firefighter hose out of control. It's impossible to increase or decrease temperature in the room using its panel on the wall which seems to be old stuff. No electric jar in the room for heating water for tea or coffee. Elevator got broken during the day and there was no indication in the floors for us to use another elevator. You can hear some people walking and talking outside your room so it is not so quiet place to sleep. The neighborhood have some beggars and wierd people giving us the feeling that it is not a safe area to be walking around.
