An excellent stay. Fast early check in. Lovely helpful reception staff with good English. Excellent hard-working breakfast staff providing a good plentiful selection of food with vegetarian dishes. Room spotless with powerful shower. Fast wifi everywhere. I would return.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It was St Patrick’s day when we checked in, and there were two staff dressed in St.Patrick’s dat’s outfit to greet us! The receptionist was very patient and gave us a walking tour of Lisbon via the ´paper map’😃

Great location, close to hotels and not far from the metro. The room was spacious enough for a couple. Simple and functional decor. I didn't have breakfast there. The instant coffee wasn't refilled, which was a bit of a shame, but overall it was very good. Ibis Styles is always a reliable choice for comfortable stays on a reasonable budget.

The soundproofing is just okay, but everything else was perfect. The best part was the staff; every time I saw the front desk, it felt like coming home. Feeling safe in a hotel is really important.

Excellent location, just a few meters from Marquês de Pombal Square. The downside was that the bathroom had a strong odor.

The room was really spacious, with two beds – one double and one single. It had floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides and a small balcony. There was a kettle, a fridge, and the Wi-Fi was excellent! It even had an entryway. Honestly, it was incredible value for money. I forgot to take photos!
