To our credit, they upgraded us, but still without a balcony—or rather, with a quasi-balcony, meaning a floor-to-ceiling window with a blue screen.
The safe and coffee machine in the room didn't work, the toilet was constantly leaking, and the shower door didn't close properly, leaving the floor constantly wet. But maybe we were just "lucky" and they'll fix all these inconveniences.
