The restaurant is fairly good and not expensive at all. The cafe upstairs has a one option course as well as a selection of pasties, all good, unexpensive and the service is good too. The shop has the most unfriendly man working there. He's been there for at least 10 years, and I honestly don't understand how a shop that sells healthy food has such a grumpy man workingg there. He is ALWAYS and deliberately rude. He basically does not deserve that job. He should either be replaced by someone who is eaguer to work and has a friendly or at least acceptable manner to customers, or be given some lessons in customer service and basic social skills. I bet Espiral would thrive the moment they got rid of him. It actually makes you not want to go there.

It's an affordable "all you can eat", but at this point is not much more than that. Me and my friends are "pros" when it comes to order in this kind of restaurants, but here they often forget part of our orders (making us unsure whether we need to order again). Lately they introduced a policy of limited number of desert orders (only 2 per person), which doesn't fit very well in the concept of "all you can eat". I'm not a sushi fan myself (I go there for the other meat dishes), but my friends say that the quality of the sushi has been decreasing. All in all, you might want to try other options nearby.
