Good location and very kind service. Eventhough arrived in next morning and very warm hospitality to access to check in.

Spacious room, well cleaned everyday, 20min uber from airport. Hair dryer was pretty strong. Just note it’s on a uphill slope if you’re planning to walk or commute by public transport. Hotel also gave 1 day of complimentary breakfast due to my long stay and spread was pretty good especially the eggs. No additional charges for gym

Spacious room, decent price and great location.
There’s no charging points by the bed which is really inconvenient after a long day. And the room got really hot which they couldn’t fix; window wouldn’t stay open so they gave us a towel to fold and keep at the window.

The team was friendly and accommodating.
The room was spacious and spotless, but unfortunately faced the street, causing noise during the night.
The location was ideal for walking to nearby attractions and restaurants.
Overall, it is an excellent option for anyone seeking a central location in Lisbon solely for sleeping.

This apartment style hotel is located at a residential area. So it depends on what you want.. Quiet and peaceful area definitely a good place for accomodation.
Subway station aint too far away to get to the more popular areas. Tram stations available too.. so it is not a bad location afterall.
Room is big, comfortable and clean.
Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel mainly because of its specific location, as I had a day tour meeting point near the park next door. Overall, it's a solid hotel, but in the Avenidas Novas district, there are definitely better 4-star hotels with a similar or slightly better value for money.

Everything was good, but the bathroom door was broken and there were issues with the hot water.

This hotel is a decent and comfortable option for a short stay in Lisbon. The room I stayed in was slightly small and could benefit from a few updates, especially when it comes to the furniture, which feels a bit dated. However, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which definitely improved the overall experience.
One thing to keep in mind is the noise. I wouldn’t strongly recommend this hotel to very noise-sensitive guests, as the windows don’t seal perfectly and you can hear some of the outside sounds. Still, you can always ask the reception in advance for a “quieter room,” which might help.
The location is fairly good: about a 30-minute walk to the city center and roughly 10 minutes from the nearest metro station. There are also plenty of markets and convenience stores nearby, which makes the area practical and easy to navigate.
Overall, it’s a reasonable hotel for the price — comfortable, well-located, but with a few areas that could use improvement.

I appreciated that they granted my request for a quiet room on the top floor, which was spacious, quiet, clean and had a decent view with large windows that opened for fresh air, with blackout drapes for soundproof sleep. But there was a persistent smell of sewage, the fake orange juice on the breakfast buffet is an insult and deal-killer in any supposed 4-star hotel, and the staff behind the desk never smile or recognized guests. The TV is not smart enough to stream, so more than half of the guests who stream their TV can't use it unless they want to watch drek. But thanks to the guy who came up twice to try to help me with TV and thermostat. The location is also perfectly in the middle without being in the tourist trap.

Loved my stay here! I read a lot of reviews and although 80% of them were positive, I was a little bit concerned about some reviews.I had absolutely no issues with noise (4th floor). There is a sound system in the room you can turn off, so the music doesn’t play (I think some people complained about music from a ‘bar’). The room was big and clean. I had no issues finding where to charge my phone next to the bed. The attention was great, they were so helpful at the front desk. The lady there even gift me her old phone charger since I didn’t have one. Also, there are great places to eat in the same block and the metro is nearby as well. Totally recommend it!
