Good location for catching flights out of LIS. Accept dogs but charge an additional fee of €33. That does include a gift pack of a blanket, treats and a couple of nice collapsible bowls. Make sure you ask for it if you have a pet.
The room is small, but efficient, unless you have a number of large suitcases. Even with pre check in you still need to present your passports and fill out forms with emails and phone numbers. Probably not worth the time to pre-check in.

5 min walk from airport terminal 1. Very convenient. Offer breakfast starting at 2am is a nice touch. The room is a bit small to put two big luggage’s though.

The hotel is excellent. It is very close to the airport and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again in the future!

This hotel is super convenient, right by Lisbon Airport. You can drop off your luggage and head back to the airport to catch the metro for sightseeing. The facilities are great, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. Plus, they have food available 24/7, which is a huge bonus! Highly recommend!

Close to terminal 1, BEds are good, quiet room as requested, breakfast is good, will book this hotel again, I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the bathroom, more spacious than I expected

The room was a bit small but clean and quiet. Most guests are just staying for one night before an early flight, so it's perfectly fine for sleeping. A major plus is that breakfast starts at 2 AM. The downside is that I booked this hotel specifically because it claimed to be a walkable 300 meters from the airport, but the route was all outdoor main roads and gravel paths. The hotel boasts an airport shuttle, but it's just one small 10-seater van. On a rainy day, there were 20-30 people waiting, and even the foreigners weren't bothering with queues. I couldn't get on, so I had to angrily drag my suitcase through the rain the 300 meters to the airport. It was a miserable experience; I arrived soaked.

Front staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Great breakfast buffet. A shuttle is free to get to/from the airport. It was busy when we were leaving and ended up taking an Uber.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a five-minute walk to the terminal. The facilities are decent for European standards, though I'm not sure why the lighting was so dim. Everything else was fine.
