Hotel Roma in Lisbon

Top-notch hotel, excellent services, cleanliness, courtesy, and helpfulness. I always have a wonderful stay when I manage to find availability at Hotel Roma.

Great hotel, good clean room. A little noise coming from the street and the wifi wasn't strong enough in the roo, but overall it was good.

Had a very satisfying stay. The hotel was clean and tidy. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's right by the sea and only about a ten-minute walk from the train station. There are also a few restaurants with a strong local flavor right outside the hotel.

ROOM IS SPACIOUS!

The hotel is located in residential district. Easily found supermarket nearby. 5 minutes walking distance to Metro Station. Different cusine and best local restaurants around the hotel. There is a bar restaurant and it is quite a large hotel with many groups staying in the hotel. The room is a bit dated but clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable.

I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try.

The hotel is clean and near the airport. WiFi connection could be better but in general, worth the price.

The hotel building looks old but it's much better inside. I appreciate the family room which makes my life much easier when travelling with kids. The buffet breakfast was good too. We were starving when we arrived at the hotel, so we rushed into the hotel restaurant for lunch set (EUROS 19 with main course, salad bar and tea/coffee) , rather nice. Overall, value for money hotel, will come back.
