The hotel is very good, and excellent compared to the price. The service is very good, people are very friendly, and helpful. The room contains a safe, if you ask for a kettle, you get it.
Rooms are clean. You have to wait until 14:00 to take your room, even if you arrive early.

NOT SAFE. The hotel staff entered the room before our check-out time and i was still naked in bed (this happened TWICE). Unacceptable and unsafe.

+ Uncomfortable, couldnt sleep because of the noise.

I stayed at Alif Hotel in Lisbon and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and quiet, which makes it comfortable for resting after a day in the city. The only downside is that the breakfast price feels a bit high for what is offered, and some improvement there would make the stay even better. Otherwise, it’s a solid option for a short stay in Lisbon.

Shocked that this hotel doesn’t have 5 stars. The rooms are very well organised, clean, and incredibly comforting — you feel relaxed the moment you step in. The bathroom was great, and the breakfast — absolutely delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The location is also convenient — just a 5-minute walk to the metro that takes you right into the city centre. I would definitely recommend this place.

Location, Safe, transportation, quite, walkable,convenient , staffs Saminah and Rafael were wonderfull, pleasent et very costumer service oriented . It went beyoind my expectation . I will give this place 20 stars. And i will come back and strongly recommend. It was my fiirst trip to Lisbon . I will stay again at this hotel . Friendly staff, very convenient location to the Campo Pequeno Metro, shopping and museum. Very reasonable price.

It’s fine if you want a small, clean room. Staff friendly. In a quiet area. Could use some improvement in amenities. For example I had expressed the desire for a kettle in the room for tea or coffee. They brought us a kettle but would not provide tea bags or instant coffee. Also water only on first night. Thereafter no water.

Shady to the core..just 4 dancers always trying to get free drinks place is empty ..ull be the only one there and this is on a sat night ...cum on lisbon
