The Building was nice and huge. Room was clean and spacious. However i would not recommend for longer stay cause they don’t even have phone in the room, you have to walk in the hallway to call the reception. ‼️ No drinking water available as well. ⚠️ Make sure to take your own. I was absolutely surprised by that. And they don’t have parking lot 🅿️😔

Overall, it was a good stay, but I do have a few concerns.
First, some rooms are noticeably sloped. My room, in particular, had a discernible tilt in several areas. Since I mostly just slept there, it was fine for me. However, if you plan to spend extended periods in your room or are sensitive to such things, you might want to reconsider.
Secondly, the elevators are incredibly slow. I'm not sure if it's due to the AI controlling the two elevators, but they rarely come straight down. It was genuinely frustrating.

The room was clean. It was a Hollywood twin room with soft beds and two types of pillows, two of each, plus two extra cushions. There were power outlets by the bed, and light switches on both sides of the bed.
The shower was handheld, but the drainage was poor. Be careful, as the water will overflow towards the toilet if you keep it running. There was no shampoo or conditioner, only a combined soap dispenser.
The male staff member at night was completely unfriendly. The location was convenient, just 200m to the above-ground entrance of Baixa-Chiado station and a 2-minute walk to Tram 28 stop.
The mobile signal was bad, so the hotel's Wi-Fi was essential.

The location is situated in the centre of Chiad, which is very convenient for walking or taking metro. The room facilities are basic for just taking sleep there. The bed sheet & shower are ok though.

Poor service. Reminded them two times that there was no shower gel. Ended up I have to go to the front desk to pick up the shower gel myself.

Very nice place, very well decorated. The food was great just the deserts where a bit to sweet for my taste. Other than that the food was just perfect and the staff very attentive most of the time. The mood was just perfect, not noisy at all.

This restaurant was a great finding! It's open Sunday until 1am (which is somewhat rare here) and the food was incredible!! The pork cheek out of this world and the duck amazing. Service was fast and very friendly, albeit it was empty due to the time.

Very nice place if you would like to enjoy a transitional Fado night. Try to be there either at 8 or at 10.30 the 1st show ends around 10 so if you won't catch it from the start wait till the 2nd show. Plus there is a minimum charge per person.

Great music, loved the experience. Prices are high, so you may consider going for the late service and just have a drink or dessert there (there is a minimum order to seat down) while you enjoy the beautiful performances.

Singers and players still good. Was here 5 years ago, but like a lot of Lisbon has sold its soul to the tourist devil. Full of tour groups who don't respect he protocols of silence and ban on flash photos. Service average, and floor management rude. Look elsewhere for fado authenticity now.
