The room is nice and quite big, but the air conditioning is not cooling enough, the facilities are a bit old, and the main switches are not very flexible. The location is OK, and you can walk to the subway station.

This hotel is absolutely horrible! The room was really dirty, the floor was dirty, other people's hair, worn out bed linen, black mold on the bathroom ceiling and dirty furniture. Even though the hotel is old, that's not the reason be so dirty. Lots of broken parts. The staff is rude. Not worth staying here. Also the question of safety arises here.

Hotel staffs are friendly, kind and helpful. Really enjoyed their breakfast. The location is not too convenient for touristing but I chose here because it was close to Sete Rios bus terminal. It’s about 13-15 minutes walk.

Right place if you like grilled meat! A big restaurant close to many hotels. Serving lunches and dinners. I would recommend the buffet option with churrasco. Notice: ask your waiter how little traffic light on your table works when ordering buffet.

Upon our arrival to Portugal - our room was not ready at the Novotel (we arrived early) - we stumbled onto this amazing restaurant / buffet; this is not your typical buffet - the food was mouth watering! incredibly delicious. Great selection and friendly staff. Live music!
