During our three-night stay in Lisbon, one of our family members suddenly developed acute gastroenteritis in the evening around 8 p.m. We called the front desk, and a staff member immediately came to our room and helped us identify the most suitable hospital.
After we decided where to go, we went down to the lobby to take a taxi. To our surprise, the front desk manager Andre personally came to us and asked if we needed him to accompany us to the hospital. We were deeply touched and gladly accepted his kind offer.
Because of communication issues between our insurance company and the hospital, we had to switch to another hospital. Throughout the process, the manager patiently coordinated with the hospital and ensured we were safely transferred and properly received. He stayed with us until we were registered and had an appointment with the emergency doctor before returning to the hotel.
We are truly grateful to all the hotel staff—the front desk team, restaurant staff, and even the tour guide—for their exceptional care and support. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Lisbon.

The hygiene is good, and they offer valet parking. However, the suite wasn't much larger than a standard room. The location is excellent. There are complimentary snacks and drinks available at the front desk and in the hallways, and the in-room minibar is free, along with tasty chips and cookies. The free tour was also great.
On the downside, there isn't enough storage space in the room, the soundproofing is average, and the air conditioning doesn't provide heat.
Also, unrelated to the hotel, the Sichuan restaurant "里斯本的老房子川菜" in Lisbon is truly terrible! Just for your information.

The hotel is conveniently located in a tourist area, within easy walking distance of the beach and surrounding museums. The hotel itself is an old building, but it's been renovated, so the decor and amenities are quite new.
The hotel staff are very welcoming. The lobby, while small, is cozy and offers drinks and candy. The hotel also offers free walking tours twice a day. The software is excellent.
The first floor houses an area for visiting the historical site and a basic gym.
The downside is that, being an old building, the soundproofing is poor, and the restroom has a tendency to smell like sewage. The breakfast selection is limited.
Overall, it's a good stay and highly recommended.

The bathroom leaked even when closed, but the hotel was clean and in a great location. The breakfast was a bit simple but delicious.

The hotel's basement is actually an ancient city site, and the hotel has built a small museum, with a bar and a gym in it, which is amazing. Other services are perfect! The hotel's free city guide is even more recommended, it is worth staying.

There is a bus and tram station in front of the hotel, and Cais de Sodre station is about a 5-minute walk, and you can also go to Time Out Market soon.
All amenities were provided except a toothbrush, and even a hair iron. It was my standard room, but it was spacious and quiet. It's flat and easy to walk from the hotel to Plaza de la Commerce and Plaza Rossio.
Breakfast was made to order rather than a buffet, and the drinks changed daily. It was very good.
Free food and drinks are always available in the lobby. The food and drinks will change during the midnight snack hour from 11pm to 7pm. Alcohol is also served during happy hour in the evening. There was a space in the basement that looked like a gym and a shared lounge. There was also a jacuzzi in the spa corner.
All the staff are also very responsive. It's a five-star hotel where you can stay comfortably, but it doesn't have much of the sparkling luxury.
Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel.

Opposite the hotel is the seaside, about 50 meters away. The front desk is very small and the service staff are not very smart. However, there are many snacks including ice cream at the front desk, but I didn't eat any. The service was okay. We didn't go to the free 20 minutes. Because it is very expensive to add time, 40 euros for 15 minutes. The location is good, the room is very big, the bathroom is great, fruits are provided, and the Mini Bar is free.

New Year Dinner was 195 € + wine pairing 34 €. Food was very god, tasty, innovative but quality on plates were rather non-standardized (as you observed what fellow guest had on their plates). I even missed yuzu sorbet from my dessert plate and my spuse had to request for it! The waiter couldn’t understand what was wrong with my plate.
Together with foie gras no wine was served, only when I asked whether there should have been wine, we got it AFTERWARDS!
Water was not filled, not without asking for it. Perhaps it was, because we were two males having dinner together, I don’t know. Everybody else around seemed to receive their glasses filled. Our water bottles were emptied by guest in the next table...
You couldn’t make a reservation unless you sent a banktransfer for 50 % of the dinner first. But after 55 minutes of waiting for the check this prepayment was not withdrawn from your bill. Eventually the restaurant Tagide owner had decided that the unfortunate staff had to try to do a successfull profit from the evening
The dining room was UNDERSTAFFED - -definitely, as the dining room was fully occupied. All the guest seemed to have troubles with their dinner or checks.

Great view if you can reserve in advance a table close to the big window. Food quality not constant (is decreased, in my experience and opinion, over the 5 times I was there). However the standard is above average and it is anyhow a pleasant experience.

Very nice place, very well decorated. The food was great just the deserts where a bit to sweet for my taste. Other than that the food was just perfect and the staff very attentive most of the time. The mood was just perfect, not noisy at all.

This restaurant was a great finding! It's open Sunday until 1am (which is somewhat rare here) and the food was incredible!! The pork cheek out of this world and the duck amazing. Service was fast and very friendly, albeit it was empty due to the time.
