Stayed at Hotel AS Lisboa and overall had a good experience.
The location is excellent, right next to a metro station, which makes it easy to get around Lisbon. The staff were polite and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay.
The room was clean and functional, though a bit dated in design. Everything worked properly, but the furniture and decor could use some updating. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping maintained the room well.
Breakfast was decent with a good variety, though not exceptional. It gets busy during peak hours.
The main downside was some noise, both from the street and inside the hotel. Soundproofing could be improved.

I booked this hotel for my boyfriend. I asked the hotel to make some special arrangements and they made sure it was done. Got to know from my boyfriend the room was clean with a massage chair provided. Great view as well.

The room was basic, but they provided free bottled water – one sparkling and one still. The location was excellent, and the cleanliness was good. Breakfast offered a wide variety, but on our last day, they changed the breakfast location without informing guests. Many people waited a long time for the doors to open, and one guest even left because they were in a hurry and couldn't wait any longer.

The young lady receptionist should probably not in the hospitality business. There's nothing hospitable or warm in her welcome. She's like a grinch, worse than the gloomy weather. She also doesn't know what the correct check-in time is. Making us wait longer for the room. She really dampened everything about our stay. The room was obviously old and not well maintained. The triple room was not that spacious for all three of us to be able to move comfortably. This is also pretty far to places of interest but close to the metro. Lisbon is very walkable so next time I would rather stay closer to the landmarks. There are also no nearby supermarkets. The only saving grace of this hotel is the buffet breakfast. The selection was pretty good and food was to our satisfaction! The wait staff are also very attentive

Hotel extra well located, with subway station less than 50 meters away. There are also public bus stations nearby. The rooms are ok and clean, albeit with a older design. Breakfast very generous with a lot of choices. Perfect for a couple days stay.

An unusual but very cosy atmosphere. The staff is very attentive. Lots of space and overall a very comfortable place. Their main dish is the signature stake - other alternatives are poorly cooked or simply just doesn't make up to the stake.

A wonderful nepalese restaurant close with an excellent menu with a great selection of Nepalese food and drinks. Service was excellent. The place was packed and the food was tasty and of a good portion. really enjoyed my precious time there and highly recommended this restaurant to everyone.

I love Nepalese/Indian food and have made a point of trying as many restaurants around the lisbon as possible - Annapurna is by far my favorite. the food is delicious and staff is friendly and attentive. highly recommended !
