The environment is invincible. There is the beach downstairs. It is very comfortable to run. There is a gym upstairs with complete equipment. The swimming pool is heated and suitable for children to swim.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. This time I found that the bed was seriously collapsed. The single bed was against the wall on one side, and the bed surface was tilted, with the side against the wall higher and the outside lower. It was not easy to sleep. I think it was time to change the mattress.

The room facilities are average. The small refrigerator is empty, and 2 bottles of water are provided every day. The design of the bathroom faucet is a bit unexpected. If you open it a little wider, a lot of water will splash out.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Will definitely come back if visiting portugal again.

Hotel was clean and provided a good breakfast, unfortunately no provision to make tea or coffee in the room.

I booked 3 rooms , all are fine but one of the rooms has no air conditioning which was the only thing not good for me. I’ve told the receptionist to get it fixed but still no air conditioning

Bad experience! No bottled water supply everyday, no kettle, no coffee or tea bags, no toothbrush, poor front desk service that asked for the laundry shop location, replied with finding google! One of the days forgot to clean the cup. Take 20 minutes bus to the centre. The refrigerator is not cold at all.

We weren’t there long, so it’s hard to make a judgment. Staff were nice enough. No issues, no complaints. The hotel, however is like a museum of the 1980s. First generation flat screen TV and old clunky phone by the bed and a glass sink surround. It needs a 2025 upgrade.

The location in relation to the airport is good. Traffic from the hotel to the airport is chaotic , so the proximity helps. The hotel is conveniently located in the Expo area. Across from the shopping center is a large supermarket, with restaurants upstairs. The newly renovated top floor has seen numerous new restaurants and bars. The rooms are large and come with sofa beds. Good hotel with a very convenient location, basically next to the main train station. All the shampoo, body wash and lotions are from Rituals, which is good quality and definitely a plus. Breakfast was decent but nothing outstanding and pretty ordinary, though we later understood its quite common with other hotels in Portugal. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

I got a room to stay put all day in busy Lisbon. Ate at Yasuki’s Japanese and the food was amazing, the next morning breakfast was so worth it - unique items and so many options for all sorts of diets. (Thank you for gluten free) I had a detox spa appt scrub, massage, body wrap. The staff was super accommodating when the room they gave me smelled really musty and they let me switch rooms 🙂

Compliments to Catalina, Daniel, and Hugo always attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond when it came to assisting with whatever we needed. Catalina had great dinning suggestions and always facilitated transportation for our group.

The room was clean, the power outlets were easy to use, and there was a coffee machine and steamer, which I thought was a nice touch. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, so I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal.

We loved our stay at Avani! The staff was great especially the breakfast staff at the restaurant in the morning. The restaurant staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. They really added positively to our first Portugal experience. Based on our experience we will definitely recommend your establishment to our physician colleagues and many world traveler friends! Great location, the property itself is nice, the gym and lobby. The rooms are a little run down, peeling paint, and show a lot of wear and tear. Feels a little dingy. The showers are very small like a small closet. I would not choose to stay here again but it is ok.

The facilities are very modern and well-equipped. I've stayed at the Moxy at Vienna Airport before, which was also quite good. The only downsides were no complimentary bottled water and no room service; you had to go to the bar downstairs for drinks. The girl at the front desk and the guy with glasses provided excellent service! P.S. The view from the window is nice!

Terrible, absolutely no service. My friend helped me with my luggage to the room, and I kept suspecting the room was shared by two people. There was absolutely no service during my stay. I booked a taxi the day before, and then forgot about it when I went downstairs to check out the next morning. Luckily, I had Uber. Terrible.

The room is very small, there is no space for a 28-inch suitcase, but the location is convenient, there is a subway station outside, the service is also very friendly, and the breakfast is also good

Room is small and needs a renovation. Wash basin protrudes out, and gets in the way. Housekeeping can improve. I found the hot water flask still half-filled with water when I wanted to boil water.

I chose the largest suite, which has two complete bathrooms with showers, which is really convenient. I stayed for 5 nights this time, and the cleaning was done very well every day. The hotel's breakfast can only be considered above average, and it is still worse than Sofitel in Paris. Of course, the price is also very different. Hotels in Paris are really expensive. This was the most European-style five-star hotel I stayed at during my entire European trip. The facilities were slightly luxurious, but not ostentatious. Perfect airport hotel. Check in was easy and room was perfect for a one night stay. There’s an airport shuttle and it’s literally 3min up the road. Make sure to be extra early if you want to use the shuttle. The shuttle runs for both hotels.

The room was completely different from what was shown online. The extra bed blocked the door, posing a fire hazard. To use the toilet, the extra bed had to be pushed aside. Hotel staff are very accommodating and nice to deal with, even as hotel lobby is very small and so are the rooms. If one has big luggages, they can hardly fit in a standard room.
