The location was a bit far, but the facilities were really good. The bathroom was clean. They even gave me a welcome letter. The reception staff were friendly and I had a great stay.

My stay at the Turim Iberia Hotel was three days (two nights) and completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an extremely friendly team, always available and attentive to every detail.
The rooms were impeccably clean and the daily cleaning was done with great care. The hotel is quiet, with excellent soundproofing, which guaranteed nights of total rest.
The location is also a strong point: it's close to the metro, good restaurants and supermarkets, in a pleasant area.
On the day of check-out I asked to leave my luggage at reception and everything went smoothly.
Overall, it was a very positive experience — I highly recommend it and would return without hesitation.

The hotel is excellent, great value for money, and has a good location. It's clean and tidy, practically impeccable. The hygiene is also good, and the breakfast selection is plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was completely different from what was shown online. The extra bed blocked the door, posing a fire hazard. To use the toilet, the extra bed had to be pushed aside. When I asked the staff for help, they threatened to call the police. However, I appreciate the proper assistance TRIP.COM provided afterward.

The rooms aren't cramped. The complimentary water is nice, too. Transportation is convenient, and the subway station is nearby. I recommend this hotel for those traveling light.

It’s located within 5 minute walk of metro station. Provided early check in without being requested and staff provided clear instructions on facilities.

Tasty buffet. Crowded at lunch and deservedly so. Four hot items and about a dozen cold choices. Nothing special but worth the price.

Good quality for the price. For 9.90 eur. you can eat a lot of sushi and sashimi and assorted Chinese foods of acceptable quality. The staff is robotic and does not spare a smile.
