Great rooftop restaurant!
Bedrooms are small but boutique style.

Room was extremely small which I had expected and very well decorated.
However, the upkeep was a tiny bit lacking. The shower fixtures didn't seem to work correctly. There was also a random odour in the room and the cleaning staff had simply left a strong air freshener on the ground near the bed as a solution, which only served to make things worse.

Also worth noting that there are no parking options at the hotel or nearby. Only on-street parking is available.

The roof top restaurant was amazing. Food was delicious. Also great cocktails in the down stairs bar.

The Devlin is a lovely boutique hotel in a pleasant residential neighborhood a few short tram or bus stops from the center of Dublin. It’s beautifully designed and the staff were great…friendly and helpful. The only problem for us was that the rooms are very small and the double bed only had one way to get in and out. My husband and I are 81 and although we’re “spry” getting in and out of bed was as pain. Also, there was virtually no place to unpack. Only three hangers on three hooks and a draw under the bed that we needed to get down on our 81 year old hands and knees to access. Otherwise we loved staying at this charming hotel!

Lovely quirky boutique hotel located in centre of suburb close to tram stop, which is a short tramride to central Dublin. Amazing bar/restaurant on the roof with stunning views.

It is a hotel that takes you back in time. It feels like you’re in Hollywood, and they actually have a cinema showing new movies. I love the decor and every staff member were super helpful and attended to your needs right away. It is in the perfect spot for groceries, restaurants, pubs and public transport.

Great location and lovely staff. Very stylish hotel and rooms. Comfy beds and lush toiletries with all the things you need.
Maybe don’t need as much space dedicated to minibar in such a small room. Just creates clutter.

Very charming, boutique hotel with cozy rooms- as portrayed in the photos. I loved it. Safe area with access to rail and many restaurants. If you want to be close to the city, but not stay in the fray this is an excellent choice.

Beautiful hotel in a great spot….. room was so cool but not much room to open our suitcases! It was so with it and a great stay!

I have been staying at this hotel several times due to its convenient location, however I need to leave a negative feedback due to the recent stay where I found a dusty room with a bathroom for a wheelchair user. If you are trying to get some sleep, you will hear noise coming from the corridor and early in the morning 6am from the big heat conduct outside the window. And last, but not least, I have been charged for a bottle of wine (28 euro) that I never consumed. Big disappointment, I will never stay at this hotel again.

Amazing food and cocktails. The 10 euro nachos on Tuesdays are not to be missed, huge plate of food. Staff are lovely and place is nice and clean. Cool aesthetic in there as well. Highly recommended.

The food was ok, but the seating is incredibly cramped, I almost felt I was imposing on the tables beside us. I ordered a special, surf and turf steak, which, while tasty I found underwhelming for the 35 euro price tag. We also ordered the nachos which were delicious.

What a place for food and cocktails! Ate here on Friday night and it was fantastic from start to finish! When we arrived we were recommend a really nice cocktail that got us off to a kick! The service was really on point and everyone that came near our table seemed really nice! The food was deadly too! Scallops and prawns to start with Rosotto and Steak as mains topped off with a Créme Brúlée to finish it all off!! I hear its really good for brunch too so will have to be back very soon!!

Unreal food. The only issue is the price. 1.50 for Mayo, no thank you!! And 6.50 for a can of Sierra Nevada. Lol. But it makes up for it with fantastic food. Been there for brunch and dinner.

Service not friendly, intimidating and pushy. sitting down for brunch we had at least 7 checks if we needed something else, which cut the flow of the conversation a lot. Meeting friends to catch up and we couldn't properly. Not sure if the place is desperate for cash but man this was stressful to stay. We ordered and all came out too fast, as in, did you cook it? eggs were watery and with that mucus, i asked for an ingredient to be out as I'm intolerant and it came with it, the bread was so off, extremely dry and hard, I gave a bite to my friend to check i wasn't over reacting as i was getting angry at the whole situation. Confirmed, the bread was off, it's very simple, bread is fresh or off, it's noticeable. Complains at the table is very awkward so chancing bad food covered in sauce so it might not be noticed is very upsetting. It's already annoying that there are tables on top of each other fitting 40 people where it only fits 20 . Music very loud for breakfast but a suppose that's a personal preference. This is my first and last time there.

Really nice resteraunt, the staff were great and I was filled with my meal.

Such a cosy spot with so much charm on the inside and friendly staff. Shame about the food. Starter was average. Main was tasteless. It was a pizza. Not hard to give a pizza flavour. Skipped dessert & coffee. Shame.
14.11.2017 Kathryn
Poor food, average service and pricey for what you got. I ordered the salmon and it was so leathery I could have made a shoe out of it. The vegetables served with it were soggy and over-cooked. Extremely disappointing and as far from an Italian standard of food as you could get.

In addition the restaurant was very noisy so it was impossible to have a conversation. There are much better restaurants within a few steps of this place.
16.10.2017 Alex
Good service, nice atmosphere. But just plain poor food. The pizza tasted frozen and the wine was actively bad.

Left feeling a bit ill. Disappointing really, as the service and actual establishment are nice. Would never go back....

My go to take out. It's a little pricey, but hands down the best thai take out in the area.

Great takeout thai food, made really quickly while we waited.

Order a side of coconut rice... if you've never tried, go for it. I was very pleasantly surprised... delicious :)
