Arlington Hotel O'Connell Bridge in Dublin

My partner and I stayed at this hotel during our first visit to Dublin. The location was very convenient, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

However, our experience at reception wasn't entirely positive. Although the hotel's website states that Spanish is spoken at reception, the employee who attended to us showed a lack of patience and understanding towards our basic level of English. This created an uncomfortable and, at times, even distant atmosphere.

Later, the employee asked for help from a colleague who did speak Spanish and was much friendlier and more understanding, which helped resolve the situation.

As for breakfast, we noticed that the food wasn't replenished regularly, and the attitude of the buffet staff was also somewhat stiff, which detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel bathroom showed signs of age, with fixtures that needed updating, such as faucets that didn't allow for mixing warm water.

In summary, the hotel has positive aspects, such as comfort and location, but it also has important areas for improvement that could raise the quality of the experience.
