We stayed here while carry out a contract in Dublin and was very impressed. The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-equipped for work. The staff was attentive and professional, making my stay both productive and comfortable

The pillows are way too big, extremely uncomfortable.. I had to sleep with no pillow at all or I would have woken up the next morning with a strained neck. The heating comes on in the morning and it’s absolutely suffocating, couldn’t wait to get outside. There was bottled water in the room which was nice. If I ever stayed again I would definitely need to bring my own pillow and leave the windows open. I am sending a genuine advice to management to change their pillows.

The walls are paper-thin. I mean really thin-thin enough that when my neighbor sneezed at 3 AM, I could genuinely say "bless you" and actually hear them mumble "thanks" back. Night-time phone calls from next door? Crystal clear audio, no headphones needed.

The floors weren't exactly what I'd call clean. Several wall sockets looked like they'd seen better days, probably around 1995. Oh, and good luck charging anything in the bathroom because there aren't any outlets in there.

Breakfast was... well, if you're vegetarian, I hope you like bread. Actually, scratch that the bread selection was dismal even by low-budget hotel standards.

The whole place feels like it's stuck in a time warp, and the staff look like they're actively questioning their life choices. Whether they're genuinely overwhelmed or just dead inside is hard to say, but probably both.

We have enjoyed our stay so far. The hotel is accessible to many points of interests either a walk or bus ride away. Last night we had dinner in the hotel’s restaurant and enjoyed the company of the delightful people on staff. Specifically, Oskar and Cristina made us feel at home and took the time to talk with us even though they were busy. They are absolutely lovely people and top notch at their jobs. The chef, John, made Guinness pies for our dinner with incredible mashed potatoes. The meal was delicious. We were told that he tries to make his food as well as his grandmother made it. I believe he succeeded. Thank you all for a wonderful meal and evening that we will not forget.

A lovely hotel, ideally situated for exploring the sights of Dublin. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of food. The room we had was lovely and the beds very comfortable. Perfect after walking 9 miles around Dublin every day we were there! Friendly staff, with a quick check in and out process. I would definitely stay there again.

We had to move our stay twice because of the pandemic and were charged twice to do this, which seemed unfair. The apartment sleeps 5 however no bedding was provided for the sofa bed. I emailed to request it and it took 2 days for a sheet and duvet to be delivered. No pillows. The walls of the apartment were so thin that the neighbours kept myself and my daughter awake every night. My companion slept on the sofa bed in the lounge and was also kept awake by the very noisy boiler coming on at all hours without any reason. There is a TV provided but no signal because the set top box did not have the correct adaptor so could not be plugged in. I emailed requesting this be resolved. Nothing happened. We were unable to catch up on news or put TV on for the kids. On our last morning, both water and power turned off at 8am despite check out time being a couple of hours later. No explanation given. My daughter could not shower and my son could not charge his phone. We left apartment early and paid for food elsewhere because we could not use the kitchen. I emailed to express my dissatisfaction and have received no reply. Not impressed for the cost, which had increased considerably from the original booking. Would not book with this company or accommodation again. I have also included photos of damage in the apartment - these were there when we arrived and I took photos to ensure we did not get charged from our deposit for them.

The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful in everything we needed I’m celiac and the staff went above to help me and arrange for my needs hotel was clean it was having work done but it was during the day and stoped around 4/5 so was quiet when we was back at our room

Beautifully modern hotel with comfortable large bedrooms. Didn't get a chance to try the restaurant but it seemed to be full of life and atmosphere while walking through. Should have stayed for a concert but unfortunately the concert was postponed so when it gets rescheduled we will definitely book this hotel again as it was close to all amenities!

The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and delicious dinners at the restaurant on more than one occasion. A couple of times we have reported that the bathroom fan is broken or randomly turns on and off. Towards the end of our stay we thought the fan might be on a timer as it seemed to turn on and off no matter what we did and we couldn't control it. The towels were changed every day although we left them on the towel rails (which according to your notice in the room should mean we want to keep them and they won't be changed). Either your staff should follow the same instructions for towels you give us, or if that's too much of a hassle, just remove the signs and forget about it. But still changing them after we've put them on the rack frustrates the desire to be environmentally friendly that most of us now have. Neither are major complaints, but thought they were worth mentioning. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel with its good food and friendly, helpful staff.

Pizzas aren't exactly amazing and the place is quite dirty in general. Good for hangover food but that's it. I've experienced a couple of times where it said one price on he website and then when I came to pick it up, it was more expensive because their online ordering system is bad.
