Heritage Collection on Arab - Mobile App Check-In in Singapore

We had a wonderful stay. The whole team was always very attentive and helpful, especially (Loc, Popo, Divina and Belle) even when I had questions late at night. The hotel is in a charming neighborhood and the room was perfect. I will repeat for sure!

Everything was good, except that the space is so small and not well noise insulated which means even someone walking or closing/opening her/his door, I heard very clearly.

I had a wonderful stay at Heritage Collection on Arab. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness of the room to the smooth and efficient check-in process. The apartment was well maintained and very comfortable, making the stay completely hassle-free.

One of the best highlights was the complimentary washing machine and detergent powder, which was incredibly convenient and thoughtful, especially for a longer stay.

It was easy to move around with many eateries around. Walking distance to cityhall/National art museum/fort canning and even Singapura Plaza if you like walking. IF you are a light sleeper, you might have a bit of problem because you can hear people moving outside your door, pipe water and etc. Nothing to do with soundproofing, it is the old structure which I love.

The customer services was excellent with Divina, Madina and etc. They helped with the Whatsapp, helping with digital key and etc. They are fabulous.

The experience was very positive from start to finish. The room was cozy, clean, and very welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable, and both the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly at all times.
The location is also a great plus: just a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station and in a very strategic area to reach all parts of the city, including Marina Bay. It’s also extremely convenient to get around by taxi or Grab, making every destination easy and quick to reach.
The service was amazing: the staff was always available 24/7 and incredibly helpful. I would especially like to thank Mae, Divina, and Dolly, as well as the digital concierge, for their constant support and kindness throughout my stay.
Don't be scared by the mobile key system: it works perfectly! In case of any issue, the concierge replies 24/7 and within less than five minutes you can regain access to your room, very efficient and reassuring.
The only small note to keep in mind is the S$200 security deposit required at check-in. If you’re using a debit card instead of a credit card, the amount will be temporarily blocked on your card until the end of your stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this property: everything was smooth, comfortable, and well managed.
I would definitely stay here again!

Location good, near bugis mrt. Place small but have basic amenities. Low headroom, careful for big size or tall person. Room reek of strong 螺蛳粉 or pungent smell, am ok but may not be ok for foreigners. Kudos to Bella, Divina and on site Dolly for helping me to obtain digital key. Thank

A strange review, which I will update later. We booked a stay there just yesterday, for January. But... we booked for 2027, instead of 2026.

Dohh! Idiots, yes, I know.

Changing dates was stated on Booking.com as being "at the discretion of the hotel". We sent them a message, and within 18 hours all was fixed. Same days in the right year!

Location is very good. Near cafes, 7/11, and bugis malm and MRT. Room is indeed very small, but comfy and clean. Customer service was also prompt throughout, helping me with small requests. Mae, Divina and Dolly were always prompt and helpful! (That said, I did not appreciate being contacted very frequently post-stay to leave a review, or very pressurising language such as "our performances bonuses depend on guest feedback". If that is really happening, it's a very bad way to evaluate your employees.)

This place was a perfect location for food, shopping, bus access, and ease of access. If you are looking for an area to explore on foot, eat a variety of foods (Singaporean, Malay, Indian, Turkish, Vietnamese, Korean, International, etc), access to cultural landmarks, fun bars, and all kinds of shopping (touristy, local) then this is the spot!

The room we stayed in was the apartment with a balcony which had secure access through a phone app, a comfy bed, quick hot water, and even free self-laundry access. The balcony was great too and was a lovely spot to sit and listen to the prayer calls coming from the Sultan Mosque just next door. Everything was clean and well main maintained. Its definitely a smaller space but we dont travel to stay in our hotel! It was perfect for sleeping comfortably and air conditioning was nice and cold to cool off after some hot walks around the neighborhood.

The staff were amazing with people on site for daily assistance but also a lot of assistance through WhatsApp. They were able to answer all kinds of questions and availabile to help anytime.

We hope to come back someday and would love to stay here again. Highly recommend for independent travelers who are looking for more comforts than maybe a hostel but want to be embedded in a community rather than a removed hotel.

Take note, this unit requires walking up stairs to get to the bed.
