Great location with nice views and it's quiet too. There's a supermarket and food court right downstairs.

It takes about 40 minutes to get here from the airport by metro, which is quite close. Take exit B from the metro station, then turn left, and you'll see the Funan Mall sign. It's a three-minute walk along the street, or you can use the underground passage to get there. Personally, I think walking above ground is a bit quicker. It's super convenient to get to anywhere from here, which is really a big plus. There's a McDonald's on the first floor, and an elevator opposite McDonald's takes you directly to Funan Residences. The only minor inconvenience is that you have to take out your own trash. Every night, I heard fire truck sirens twice (I personally found it acceptable; for someone tired from traveling, it's not a big deal). The only thing was that our room's air conditioner was quite noisy (but we were too tired from touring for it to bother us 😂). The room didn't look big, but it was actually fine for two girls, and we could even open a 24-inch and a 26-inch suitcase. I'd consider staying here again next time I visit.

I stayed at Lyf Funan Singapore for 2nights as a business traveller.
The design is fun and colorful, not your typical hotel vibe. The room is compact but works fine, with a private bathroom, and the sink is outside the bathroom which is actually quite convenient. I stayed in a standard room—it’s okay for couples or friends.
The hotel has more of a co-living feel. There’s a shared kitchen, dining area, and even a small workout corner, so it feels more social than a normal hotel.
Breakfast was a bitsimple with limited options, just a few simple dishes and some bakery items. I’d recommend skipping it and eating outside instead.
Location is definitely a big plus. It’s inside Funan Mall, super convenient for shopping and food. You can also easily walk to places like Fort Canning Park (right across the road), Clarke Quay, and Merlion Park.
Overall, nice stay if you like modern design and a lively vibe—just don’t expect too much from the breakfast.

Hotel conveniently located inside Funan mall and connected to City Hall MRT. A lot of food options and they even provide free breakfast (but please manage your expectations of food quality). Room can be quite small for stays more than a night. Shower area flood easily due to the limited shower glass coverage. Aircon in room not cold at all. Overall a value for money stay

Excellent room with a great location – super convenient for getting around. The breakfast offered a wide variety of hot options, which was a nice change. The window view directly faced a landmark. Just a heads up, the top floor offers a panoramic view of the Marina Bay Sands!

Traveling solo to Singapore, I searched for accommodations and ultimately settled on this place – and I'm very happy with my choice! The entire apartment complex is actually located within a mall, which is super convenient, especially since a well-known breakfast spot is right there. It's also quite accessible to both the MRT and bus stops. Plus, there's an art museum and a church right next door, so there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The room itself was very clean and, while not huge, was perfectly comfortable for one person. One thing to note, though, is that the fire station is directly across the street, so there might be some noise at times. It really depends on your sensitivity to noise. For me, it was perfectly fine.

I accidentally booked this room for my dad and me. It was manageable for two, but a bit cramped. You could technically sleep a third person on the edge of the bed. The decor felt pretty nice, but the Wi-Fi was consistently bad. On the plus side, the breakfast varied a bit each day, which was good.

The room is small but has everything you need. The location is excellent; it's just a few minutes' walk to City Hall MRT station, and right across the street are the famous Old Hill Street Police Station and Fort Canning Park. There's a common area, which is great for young people. Don't forget to check out the rooftop for some photos!

It is a hotel with very convenient transportation. Travel connectivity in all forms. The hotel is located in a shopping mall with a restaurant. Pharmacies, department stores. Once you check in, the impression begins immediately. Friendly staff, all the help. I am very impressed for my next trip to Singapore. I definitely didn't miss coming back to stay here.

Mingalaba. Used to work here everyday, it brings back a lot of memories. You only get Burmese food here, love it or hate it. I always eat the Mohingarr and will spam the coriander (yums) @ Mother's House (located at B1 beside the Burmese vegetarian restaurant), day in day out when I worked there. I still have fond memories because whenever I am there I don't have to speak a word, the lady would just serve up a spicy bowl of mohingar for me cos she remembers me (bperhaps sick of me ordering the same thing everyday hahahaha). At one point I got sick and tired of Burmese food I just don't feel like eating anymore. But now I miss Burmese Food and its distinct taste. It's been almost 2 years, will be back for Burmese Food soon! Come here for great taste and selection of Burmese food, nonetheless!??

Located behind the peninsula hotel. Mens tailors , new and second hand camera shops, shoes (but limited with larger sizes), and music stores, including LPs. Very old, run down. Only useful to go if you're interested in these types of shops.

Visited for dinner buffet, great food taste and quality. Service was excellent! It was full.. so they specially made me a one person table with a huge armchair. And gave me like, 6 naan breads. OMG. Six naan breads. It was great :D

Riverwalk Tandoor is one of my highly recommended restaurants for both locals as well as tourists because : It serves authentic indian cuisine with great service, it is conveniently located just a stone's throw away from clark quay mrt, It is situated in one of singapore's most iconic locations along the singapore river, & is affordably priced even though its situated right in the heart of the city. The restaurant has been at this location for 19 long years and in Sept 2017, it went through a major revamp in design, space layout, furniture, buffet presentation style and of course a new menu too. . The revamped restaurant is now better positioned to cater to both singaporeans and tourists alike, with a well stocked bar facing the river, an al fresco area which is great for block booking or corporate events, and of course the air conditioned interior with its island shaped buffet . Kudos to the management team for breathing new life into the restaurant ….this will be my go to place to chill

Aunty tried to sell us dishes(the obviously most expensive dish on the menu) that we already said we didn't want to have, she kept insisting even though we had in mind what we wanted to order. Food was crappy, not worth paying for. The 1 star was more towards the service, if I could, i would have given an even lower.

Dishes actually tastes ok, similar quality as JUMBO. Both very expensive. Not good value considering the portions and price, but okay for tourists to satisfy their crave for pepper crabs once in a while.
