I love the fact that the location is walking distance to everything you’ll need. And is literally infront of Chinatown. Service is good and replies fast. Definitely recommend

This is my 5th trip to SG during these couple years and keep staying here.Best location for MRT transportation to my various destinations in SG (both for work and relaxation). All of the best services provided by Mary, Dolly and Xia were so much impressive. I think I can't find other Apart-hotels in SG with the overall highest level of "User-friendly" like this.

The room was clean and spacious, with a modern and upscale design. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring good privacy and a sense of security. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my retainers behind, and they quickly located them and returned them to me. A special shout-out to the lovely and kind Mary for her help during this process! She was very patient and communicated wonderfully. Highly recommend!

I'm very satisfied with this hotel. The service is excellent, and all essential toiletries and amenities are provided. It's clean and the environment is great. The location is super convenient for getting around, with the subway and bus stops nearby. There are also many shopping areas within walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Very good experience with this hotel. Room was clean and location was good. Near chinatown mrt with many food options. Customer service by Yani, Mary & Shannen was good as well, allowing for early check in and 12pm check out. Highly recommended and will definitely be back! :)

The hotel is located in a very convenient position to get around, short walking distance from Chinatown and Maxwell MRT. It's required to use the hotel app to unlock the door. The room is very clean, the room space is not too small, they provide you with all the things you need for staying. Free laundry machines and ironing service on request. Thank you to all the staff for their superb help via WhatsApp, and Mary who brought me the iron board. Very recommended for anyone who visits Singapore.

was transferred to heritage collections smith street... just inside china town, life is around. 711 next door. room is clean and in right size. got everything I need at a reasonable price. Mary, Shannen and Yani are very helpful n responsive to requests. good support n considerate services.

The TV has YouTube, awesome! It's very clean and conveniently located, just about 100-200 meters from Chinatown MRT station (DT19). It's a very central location.

The calamari starter was a bit overpriced for the portion served.

The pasta was done well and pricing reasonably.

Did not appreciate that the guests at the table by the door was allowed to smoke (arsh tray provided) and the fresh cool breeze blew the smell and tarnished the experience.
