Divina and Belle are very helpful. WhatsApp fast response to feedbacks and questions. Location was awesome, center of Singapore and walking distance to MRT.

Cons: water passing through the pipes can be heard if someone showers, as this is an old building. Dragging of chairs can be heard as the floor is not carpet. Staircase may be a problem for bigger size travellers.

If you’re looking for a top notch customer service, I would recommend this hotel. Hands down to them I had a great experience staying here even though it’s quite short. They have laundry from 8 am to 10 pm and they are thoughtful they gave us earplugs because they are ongoing construction during the morning but it’s not loud. It’s like Air BNB because of the utensils but the hotel give it’s all to become best. Thank you so much to all the staff of Heritage Collection on Seah

I had a wonderful stay at Heritage Collection. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, well organized, and extremely comfortable. The property is very clean, modern, and well located, making it easy to explore the city.

A special thank you to Divina, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout my stay. Her assistance truly made a difference and made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. I would also like to mention the Digital Concierge Belle, which was very convenient and efficient whenever I needed information or support.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is small but neat, clean, and fully functional, with simple kitchen facilities like a microwave! Checking in with an iPhone QR code was super smooth. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from City Hall MRT station and Funan Mall. It's very convenient for visiting tourist attractions like Chinatown, Little India, the Zoo, the Botanic Gardens, and Gardens by the Bay!

Excellent help from belle and Divina for your assistance to get digital key via heritage collection app. Clean room, comfortable bed and loved the loft room concept in a shop house. Only downside is the water pressure seems to be abit low that's all. All good, nearby alot restaurants and nearby city hall and bugis.

WiFi too slow for even normal webbrowsing.

Wall sockets did not work with my travel adaptor.

WiFi is free, but has a signup page and will require you to signup again every hour.

The mains came at awkward timings so when I was finished, the other party hasn’t even received his share. Food was obviously pre heated and my smoked salmon came in shreds. Ambience was decent but the furniture is probably breeding lice. Very unhygienic.
