The TV couldn't cast to my device. The toilet and bathroom doors were transparent, which was a bit unusual and impractical compared to what I'm used to back home. The lighting design was also a bit off, shining directly into my eyes. On the bright side, the Chinese staff member was really great and friendly. It was nice that I could borrow an umbrella when it rained. The sweet fermented rice dessert offered during Chinese New Year was delicious. A Malaysian-Chinese lady even gave us some Chinese New Year decorations as we were waiting for our car to leave; she was so kind, friendly, and always smiling – just adorable! Overall, this hotel completely beats Como Hotel in terms of value for money!

Went with my gf a couple of times and the room is always great. Clean and comfortable and very near the mrt with many convenient food places near Dhoby Ghaut make it a great hotel for a short staycation. The staff was also very friendly during the checkin.

The only issue I had was that I booked a room that supposedly have a bathtub with grab bars in the room description. I sort of already knew that JI hotel doesn't have bathtub but wss hoping that actually changed since my last booking since it was in the room description and that why I booked it despite having another slightly cheaper option to book. But the staff did explain at the end so all good still.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station and a park nearby. It's clean and tidy, and the staff are all very polite. The breakfast is distinctive, and the luggage storage service is convenient. I especially want to praise Jaxy Raspreet at the front desk – she's beautiful, friendly, and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist, and can communicate perfectly in Chinese! Whenever I travel, Ji Hotel is my top choice!

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional, and check-in was super quick. They even upgraded my room without me asking. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. It's also really convenient for dining and transportation. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip or vacation. However, the service attitude and smile of that one Indian guy at the front desk really need improvement, otherwise it seriously detracts from the overall experience.

A very good travel experience. The hotel is in the city center, a great location, and the front desk staff were very helpful and polite. Most notably, the housekeeping staff, Miaofang, were exceptionally professional, meticulous, and also very polite.Good！

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was very convenient. It's just across the road from Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, making it super easy to find food, drinks, and entertainment. You can even walk to Fort Canning Park. The environment is quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommended!

A standard Hanting Hotel. Perhaps due to the high cost of accommodation in Singapore, choosing Hanting offers a relatively good value for money.

Check in on the Christmas eve. Reception staffs was very friendly. Even got gift from them! Everything was good except the aircon was not cold. Was not my 1st time here, recommended!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic – just one street away from a station that connects to 3 different MRT lines, which made getting around Singapore incredibly convenient.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was impressive. We were greeted with a welcome drink (I think it was oolong tea), which was a nice touch. Check-in was quick and smooth, though there was a small hiccup at the start – nothing major, and the staff sorted it out right away.

The room itself really impressed me. It has this lovely Japanese Muji vibe – clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. I appreciated the little details, like how they provided an umbrella in the room (they clearly know Singapore's weather can be unpredictable!).

The customer service was excellent. One evening, I requested additional water bottles after working hours, and they sent it up immediately – via a cute delivery robot! It's these little touches that really make a difference.

If I had to mention one downside, it would be the soundproofing. I could hear some soft snoring from the next room late at night.

Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel. The location, service, and room quality make it a great choice for anyone visiting Singapore.
