Really nice stay at this hotel. I think you get exactly what you pay for. It is so cute first of all! I stayed in a room with no window which was an attic room and I loved the vibe, there are still windows high up to let in light. It was small but smart in the layout, everything I needed was in the room. The tvs are smart so you can watch Netflix, the reception staff were really nice. No complaints from me. Thanks for a lovely start to my Singapore trip.

The hotel is a short walk from the MRT and slightly farther than other options nearby — which makes the area calmer but may be a downside for some guests. It sits between the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Potato Head, with a famous cheesecake shop nearby. Across the street is a popular dessert place that plays loud music, and while it usually quiets down after midnight, the noise may still bother light sleepers.

Inside, the atmosphere is peaceful. The renovated old building has a cozy café-like design, and the lobby even serves coffee while keeping some of the original architectural charm. Facilities are solid and offer great value for the price. Overall, it’s a very good hotel as long as you’re aware of the slightly longer walk and the occasional noise from outside

Staying here for 2 nights. Located near Outram Park/Maxwell MRT station also walking distance of food, bars and cafes. The famous brwd cafe is located in the lobby served delicious croissants and coffee. Smooth check in, room has windows for sunlight but cannot be open, spacious bathroom.

Digital passcodes for pantry area with filtered hot or cold water, microwave, tea & coffee for guests use. Main door locked after 10pm provided passcodes too.

Good and clean for the price paid. The hotel is conveniently situated near lots of eateries and nearby to the MRT station. The room and toilet is very small as expected. The check in process was very smooth and quick. Hotel staff are very warm and helpful as well.

The hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of the city. Everything is very convenient, and it’s close to the food court. The pillow might be a bit too high for those who prefer low pillows though 😂

Service: We arrived at the guesthouse at 11 PM that night. The hotel staff was a foreign guy, and since our English wasn't great, he thoughtfully used a translation app to tell us about the important details and even personally escorted us to get water. We were really touched by that.

Overall, considering how expensive land is in Singapore, this room offers pretty good value for money. It's also quite close to the subway station, making it easy to find.

Overall a pleasant stay at KINN. The place is clean, looks good, and has a modern vibe. The only downside was the shower area — there’s no barrier or partition to stop water from flowing out, so the entire bathroom gets soaked after a shower. Aside from that, everything else was great and well-maintained.

Never disappoints.

Small restaurant but serves some of the best quality Chinese cuisine. Their fish and the way they cook it is so delicious. The Irish duck is yummy and so are many other dishes. Was there twice last Chinese New Year and all my family and friends were impressed.

Great place for large and small group. They have a small private space too.

Best seller cold noodles was bland. $35 spicy pork cabbage only had a few slices of meat. Not recommended at all! Very disappointing especially when we had to pay $80 for the meal.
