The gym was good, just closed too early. Breakfast was also quite nice, not sure if it was Indian style or something else, but there were plenty of choices. The room was clean and a good size, and there are some temples nearby.

I booked a room for 4 nights. After staying for 2 nights, the bedding remained the same. On the third night, after showering and sitting on the bed, my skin started itching. I immediately called to have the sheets changed. The front desk didn't even mention that the on-duty housekeeping staff was male, so I opened the door in minimal sleepwear, and he rushed in to change the sheets. The itching was truly unbearable, and with no medicine, I had to endure it through the night. On the fourth day, I didn't let them clean the bed, fearing they might make it dirty while working. It was alright, but there were poisonous mosquitoes, possibly hiding under the bed. After getting two bites, it went quiet; it probably had its fill and went to sleep too.

The bath towels they supposedly replaced also repeatedly had dirty marks. Sometimes it was black stains, other times tangled hair. I didn't take photos; it was too disgusting, and I was afraid of contaminating my phone.

The front desk staff who checked me in was an intern, and he had a very good attitude. However, the front desk agent next to him, named Gigi, seemed very chaotic. She told Chinese customers she didn't speak Chinese without any apology, with an attitude of 'if you don't understand, then don't come.' Seriously, you're just a budget hotel, aren't you? If you want high-quality customers, go apply at another hotel! Why act so superior? It's ridiculous!

There are many Ibis hotels in Singapore, and this one is conveniently located with clean rooms. In my room, the bathroom exhaust fan had a noticeable low-frequency noise, and since it was linked to the bathroom light, I barely used it during my stay. However, the overall fresh air system provided good ventilation with no strange odors. A tip: if you're booking a twin room, try to request one that isn't facing the road. Those rooms have small bedside tables on both sides of the twin beds, which is much more convenient for placing your phone or other items.

First stop in Singapore! It was raining all day when we arrived, and we were quite a mess, lugging suitcases and with my daughter in tow 😂. Google Maps' directions were also quite convoluted... Actually, if you come out of Bugis MRT station, find Bugis Street (next to Mr. Coconut, and across the road, the mall's basement has delicious kueh lapis, and a cheap, well-stocked supermarket, but don't buy salted egg fish skin at the specialty store on the first floor – it's cheaper duty-free at the airport when you leave!), walk through the market to the other side, cross the road and go straight past the food court (hawker centre) and the Temple of the God of Wealth, and you'll find it not far from there.

The hotel's location is actually pretty good! There are two 7-Elevens just outside the side entrance, a bus stop, and you can walk to Fort Canning Park and other places. We were given a room at the very end of the corridor on our floor. Each floor has a water dispenser for both hot and cold drinking water. The room was quite spacious, comparable to a HKD 1900 room in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

There was a minor incident in between: on the second night, we found bloodstains on the sheets. The in-room phone couldn't connect to the front desk, so I had to go downstairs to the lobby to intervene. The hotel immediately sent someone to change them, but it made me feel that the hygiene was just so-so. Also, it's hard to wait for the elevator during peak hours. As a place to stay during a trip, I guess it's acceptable.

Booked through Trip.com, and my client and I accidentally double-booked. The hotel refused to issue a refund, and even with Trip.com's active assistance, we couldn't cancel successfully! Trip.com only offered a small compensation for the loss. The hotel service was mediocre, but the breakfast was decent, though usually an extra charge. The location of this hotel is pretty good, especially considering it's a budget hotel for 1000 yuan. It's convenient for exploring the surrounding area~

Great location! It's a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel that goes directly to Clarke Quay. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and a large market selling various small goods. The soundproofing in the room is good. As expected, it's a bit small, but that's typical for Singapore. The staff were quite polite.

Food within walking distance. Big room. My customer was able to collect items from hotel front desk. Good service.

The room's cleanliness was generally good, and the location was excellent. The service was also great. The breakfast suited Asian palates, and the variety was decent. The soundproofing in the room was average. There was no bottled water, and the room seemed newly renovated, making it a bit small. The bed was quite high.

Not bad! The location is convenient and there are plenty of amenities nearby, but it is a bit small. The overall design is reasonable and it's very clean. It's like a high-end express hotel. We stayed on a high floor and the view was pretty good too!

The room is quite spacious and has a window. It comes with an ironing board, and the drinks in the fridge are complimentary. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is convenient for grabbing necessities. The transportation is also excellent; there's a bus stop right outside with direct routes to Merlion Park and VivoCity. The MRT station is about a 5-minute walk away. This hotel will definitely be my top choice for future visits.

Food is nice as usual. However lots type of breads not available in the morning. The place is next to the escalator so it is always noisy.
