The check in was a breeze .. was upgraded to a suite room.!! The location of the property is central and near the Clarke Quay MRT. Next to Clarke Quay Mall. Clarke Quay is the place to go if you are visiting SG. Food & Beverage is near and convenient.
The hotel is clean and surprising quiet !

Overall. A satisfying holiday and business trip for me. TQ to the front desk and the room service staffs . Polite and helpful.

My parents stay here every time they visit me in Singapore. The staff are so amazing and friendly, they always have an excellent stay. The pool is nice and a good size and the rooms are always clean.

I stayed for 2 nights and the hotel is super close to a lot of places including china town, Lau Pa Sat and Clarke Quay. Merlion is also not far to walk, maybe about 20 minutes! The staff were super attentive and very helpful with anything I needed, the check in/check out process was also very smooth ☺️ I used the pool for a bit and it was very clean and lovely views. They also have a small gym which was nice, I would definitely stay here again! 😁

I'm quite familiar with this hotel; I've stayed here many times. The main reason is its close proximity to my office, so I always choose to stay here. I'll definitely keep coming back.

Good size for sg at this price. Staff are nice and friendly. Breakie is good and it has day special for each day. Good location and close to C town. Many food choice

Convenient location close to many malls, Quake Quay and Chinatown. Many places to eat within walking distance. The swimming pool and gym are good.

This hotel is super close to Clarke Quay, and the facilities are new and very clean. Just a heads-up, they have direct drinking water, so bottled water isn't provided. I'd definitely choose this place again for my parents next visit.

Aunty tried to sell us dishes(the obviously most expensive dish on the menu) that we already said we didn't want to have, she kept insisting even though we had in mind what we wanted to order. Food was crappy, not worth paying for. The 1 star was more towards the service, if I could, i would have given an even lower.

Dishes actually tastes ok, similar quality as JUMBO. Both very expensive. Not good value considering the portions and price, but okay for tourists to satisfy their crave for pepper crabs once in a while.
