The soundproofing is terrible, and the facilities are very old. The trash wasn't emptied, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, there was no non-slip mat in the shower, and the drain was slow. The most alarming thing was finding unknown bloodstains on a freshly opened towel.

STAY AWAY!! Definitely not up to standard.
I asked for no corner or last room. They first gave me the last room of the floor, 3 turns from the lift, very far away. I went down to change the room.
The aircon didn't work in the second room. Was so hot that I couldn't sleep with any blanket. Informed them in the next morning and the concierge said it worked, without even checking? I requested them to send technician and they did and fixed it the night I returned. The room was dirty with dust clearly seen and hair on the ground, there were even sewage flies?! And when I had shower, the drainage was clogged. Water didn't go, I tried to bear with it because it was late and I was tired. The next evening when I showered again, the problem persisted, and water all came out from the shower room, it was terrible. I had to change a room again (It's only that you ask that they may change, they wouldn't even propose).
It's the third time that I had to change a room. And the "do not disturb" sign didn't work. I told them and they had no solution. When they turned the room for me, they didn't carry my drinks from the fridge of the original room. I didn't bother to talk to them anymore. With my 10 nights of stay, I had to bear with this far below standard 4 stars hotel. Not to mention any upgrade, this is truly a disappointing experience. Never ever again!
