The hotel was under renovation! Many rooms we passed by on the way to our room were open and not habitable at all!
We were assigned a room on level 2, and we had to walk past workers holding onto their ladders whilst we walk pass them.
If we knew it was under renovation, we would not have booked the hotel. We wanted a staycation but ended up disappointed

The room is quite spacious, and I've stayed here many times. The cleanliness, however, feels like it's not as good as before. The facilities are decent, and they provide disposable slippers. The environment is pretty good. As for the service, they now have Chinese-speaking staff, which is a big improvement from before.

Value for money. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Many eateries around the hotel. Quiet and peaceful ambience. Public transport easily available.

The hygiene was acceptable, and the facilities were quite basic. The bathroom was small and didn't have a separate wet/dry area. However, the price and location advantages make it very worthwhile to stay, especially since it's so convenient for getting to NUS.

The reception was helpful, attentive and quick in getting us checked in. The corridor to the room and the room itself was narrow but the room was clean and it featured the amenities that were expecting for the price point.

Very nice, small room but got everything, staffs were friendly

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with excellent bus connections. It's especially easy to get to the National University of Singapore, as there are two free campus shuttles available. There are also plenty of hawker centers nearby, making dining very convenient. You can even visit the West Coast beach to see cruise ships, and West Coast Park, with its beautiful greenery, is also very close.

The room was quite small, and so was the bed, but it did have a fridge. Hot water worked fine, and overall cleanliness was acceptable, though the sheets had some yellow stains I couldn't identify. Public transport is convenient nearby, and it's very close to West Coast Park. There are also restaurants on the back streets of NUS, making daily life quite convenient.

Perfect location surrounded by famous eatery. 24hrs of front reception ease late check in and early hour check out. Default check out timing 11am. Limited car & motorbike parking lot. Smaller size of double suite room but made a decent stay for one night.
