The room was nice and had everything we needed. The staff was helpful. Short walk to NUS.

The toilet's water inlet pipe was leaking, soaking the hand towel draped over it. Also, they gave me the wrong passcode for the entrance.

It is clean. The setup is compact and beautiful. Furniture and equipment is new and well maintained. Nice!

Close to NUS, suitable for short business stays. The environment and hygiene are generally good. The front desk is self-service; communication with the hotel is via WhatsApp.

The room felt a bit like a double student dorm. It had a kitchen, but the design wasn't very practical; the bed took up too much space, and the bathroom was so tiny you'd constantly bump into things. The cabinets were large but too high and lacked shelves, making it difficult to store items. There was a washing machine, but no laundry detergent seemed to be provided. For hot water in the shower, there's a separate button near the entrance. This wasn't mentioned in the check-in instructions, so I turned it off on my first day and ended up with no hot water for my shower. The front desk staff were quite friendly. Be aware that you have to take the stairs up a floor before reaching the elevator, which might be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. The hotel's location is close to NUS, but I wouldn't highly recommend staying here unless you have business in the vicinity.

1. Self check-in was a hassle; the key card I received didn't work for the elevator or the room door. I had to contact the hotel, and they informed me there was a mix-up with the room assignment, meaning the card didn't match the actual room. This wasted at least 20 minutes.
2. The previous guest's trash was still in the cabinet under the sink, possibly overlooked by housekeeping.

The room was on level 1 which is ground floor. It was a nicely setup room. Although, I’ve never slept in a hotel room with a full size, always lit EXIT sign which some people would struggle to sleep with. Anyone someone flushed the toilet or took a shower you could hear the water running as the waste pipe was in the vent in the ceiling.
Vending machine outside was useful, $1.30SGD for a drink.
