Booked for 2 days and checked out after the first day and lost money due to the non refundable policy. Sorry but the internet speeds here are the worst I have ever seen. On average, the speed was 0.01mbps, and I have screenshots to prove it. I complained to the staff and it went ignored. I could not get any work done on my laptop or phone. I will not return.

Very nice hotel wth friendly staff. They have a Filipina staff in the lobby so everyday you see and meet her you feel that you are at home.

Budget hotel located in central business area, rooms are very small but it is clean and comfortable. No wardrobes in rooms

People are pleasant and food is great!
Had a great experience in Victoria Hotel for the whole month of stay I was in SG!!! Highly recommended ? it's located in the heart of SG and tourist spots are accessible :)

Simple but clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Delux king room was spacious and the hotel was clean. Staff was not very sure of what they were doing. I was kept waiting to check in for 10 minutes. They were not very organised despite check in time at 2pm wasn’t a large crowd. The room facilities were good. However, the walls and doors are not sound proof. Bath tub was clean and toiletries are sufficient.

The staff here has been very friendly and helpful, which is always nice. I get the feeling it's a family owned and ran operation. The rooms are barebones. If you want luxury this is not the place to stay. That said, considering the good price I'm paying I don't mind a no-frills experience. Location is close to a subway station and a lot of great restaurants and some museums. Hailing a taxi from the front will be difficult, but ride sharing can get you easy.
