Hotel is quite near MRT station . In the between of City hall and Bugis . Room and tidy and clean . Front counter service is so friendly . And mini bar snack is free . Highly recommended.

Getting to everywhere from Victoria Hotel is really convenient. There are trains and buses just around the corner. My room has no view but it was more private and definitely quieter. The room is clean. Shower area looks a little dated but everything works as intended - water pressure, hot/cold water and drainage. Alvis was also really helpful and friendly. I would personally recommend staying here and would do so myself the next time I visit Singapore.

The service was truly exceptional. Even though I don't speak English, they were incredibly patient in explaining everything and helped me throughout my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the location was super convenient with a bus stop and a 7-Eleven right downstairs. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and offered great value for money at this price point.

Location was near to bugis, the our lady of lourdes church, a 7eleven, etc. Room was just the right size to be comfortable. Few free snacks along with the drinks on the room staff were very kind and helpful. Good place to book too if youre planning to do the elephant run.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a 7-Eleven right next door and a food court just across the road. It’s only a couple of minutes’ walk to the bus stop and not far from the main metro station. The front desk staff were really friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back again on my next visit😊

The room was decent, although the bed was quite small, and the bathroom door was wooden. However, for Singapore, finding a room of this size in such a good location is quite a steal. The closest landmark to the hotel is Chijmes, and if you walk past Chijmes, you'll reach the City Hall MRT station. You can access the station through a shopping mall which has an affordable supermarket and a Ya Kun Kaya Toast.

The room was small but perfectly fine for one person. The bus and subway stops right outside were incredibly convenient. Singapore has so many fun places to explore, and they're all close by. I'll definitely come back to Singapore and stay here again. It feels familiar and comfortable.

The hotel's location is pretty good, not far from attractions like Merlion Park and the Marina Bay Sands shopping mall, so you can easily walk there. Although the hotel is small and quite basic, the rooms are very clean. They also provide a free mini-bar and a capsule coffee machine.

The mains came at awkward timings so when I was finished, the other party hasn’t even received his share. Food was obviously pre heated and my smoked salmon came in shreds. Ambience was decent but the furniture is probably breeding lice. Very unhygienic.
