Wow, great place!!! Maxim and Tatyana have been super helpful. Very quiet, and peaceful setting. Very pleasant stay.

The price justifies little inconveniences. Prepare to walk a lot. Minor drawback is lack of a bar. All major Sochi attractions are a short bus ride away. Taxi to the City centre is less than three pounds. Most places in Sochi are cheap from British point of view.
We rested at the hotel in the first half of September with children 6 and 10 years old. Nice clean cozy hotel with its beautiful green territory. If you want to sit by the pool, if you want on the terrace Cool !!! Not far to the sea. The hotel has a swimming pool and children love to swim in it more than in the sea, and it is worth noting that the water in it is clean and also heated. Children are happy !!! It is very convenient that the hotel has breakfasts, hearty and delicious. We are glad.

An excellent hotel. Suitable for those who want to relax from the urban bustle and noise. On the territory there is all necessary for comfortable rest. There is Parking with video surveillance. Kettle, Hairdryer, etc. given on demand, the rooms are clean with comfortable furniture. The only negative is the distance from the sea, but it kompensiruet pool.
