My request was smokers room but no one told me when I checked in that the hotel is no smoking hotel Therefore, they charged me 20,000 Rubels for smoking .. i discussed with them but they dont understand so I paid Some of the staff were really nice and supportive like Karim, Reda and Elizabeth

Receptionist are very helpful and answer any questions to help tourists in Moscow. Plus they speak English. The hotel was very clean and great housekeeping. The location is safe and good for walk to go to bank, coffee, local restaurants, and metro station.

Some cleaners put dirty pieces in the bathroom. you can get better location as a tourist. Staff are nice but don’t speak good English.

Good location, not far from the metro. Cleanliness in the room, new furniture, crispy linens. Unobtrusive staff. Breakfasts are really late for business novels, I didn't always have time, but the porridge and cheesecakes are very tasty. All in all I recommend the hotel.

I didn't have a good first impression on this hotel. The lobby is small, dark, and the receptionist staff was not very friendly. But I truly enjoyed the room with its colorful and modern interior, even bigger than what we expected from the pictures. Good location, only 10 mins walk to Metro Taganskaya Station, where you can find cafes, fast food restaurants, and supermarket nearby.

Excellent location, but to use soap, which was used by you... and most importantly, bring extra batteries. Sockets in the room! The phone is loaded by turning off the TV, but the laptop does. And if you have a razor from the wall eats, will have to run for a single machine.

It’s difficult to find the location for foreigners. And too bad can’t ask for storing the luggage after check out in case your flight at night. But there is near the metro for luggage storage.
