- Nothing serious just need more welcoming and caring for the guests..
- Reception staff one of them was not good
- The hotel stuff treatment was very bad and not supportive at all. One of the worst reception girl that I have ever met is Vectoria. Please don’t book this hotel; there are more options for cheaper price and definitely better hospitality and better stuff.
- the sky bar. I was given the worst table despite there were better table available. the service was despicable, the waiting for food was 50 minutes. when I asked the bill I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to collect it. out of patience, I handed the bill myself as I didn't want to loose all night there.
