The room wasn't large, but it had a separate shower and toilet area. The century-old building was designed in a modern and cozy style. I stayed two nights, and the room was cleaned promptly. The receptionist explained the hotel facilities very carefully. Upon check-in, she helped carry my luggage upstairs in the elevator, and upon departure, she booked a taxi to the airport and helped carry my luggage...

This is a very nice hotel, close to the main attractions, a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel breakfast has a wide variety of options, the front desk service is excellent, and there are rooms with luggage storage.

Decent hotel, the rooftop restaurant was beyond amazing. The location is alright, pretty close to the city center.

To be honest, the location is good, but other than that, I don't know how to describe it—it's tiny and uninteresting. However, to be fair, the rooftop restaurant is indeed quite nice for coffee and breakfast, which is the only highlight I found. Overall, the price-performance ratio is just average.

Very good service and location. We had a good stay at hotel Amsterdam. The roof bar/ restaurant has an amazing view. The only pity is that the swimming pool has been under maintenance all the time during our stay. A bit disappointed as the pool is also one of the big reasons I booked this hotel.

This is a legitimate hotel with a front desk staff who speak excellent English, making communication a breeze. The breakfast was good, and the taxi I booked arrived promptly. Quiet room in a well located hotel, within walking distance of most amenities. Breakfast was nice. However, the hotel and rooms really do not look like the pictures; it is a small hotel (which is fine in itself) but the lobby space is very limited and the rooms are smaller than they look. There's still construction going on next to the hotel, so it was a bit noisy during the day. However, the front desk staff were great; they were understanding when I explained the situation and moved me to a higher floor on the opposite side of the construction, which solved the noise problem. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is centrally located and offers spacious rooms and suites with lovely high ceilings which gives an evening greater feeling of space. The hotel building is under major renovation and doesn’t look appealing at the entrance/ full of dusk downstairs. However, the room itself is newly renovated and super decent, it’s a great value of money for the room itself and superb location. The reception is on 5/F and the rooms are on 2/F.

Location is perfect just in the heart of Beograd. This hotel is very worn out, no drinking water in room provided. The entrance from the square is under construction and also the stairs, elevator and floor’s carpet around the hotel needs urgent renovation, it looks very old and dirty. Anyway Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is quite Ok but I think that it’s Ok just for 1 night staying.

The location was central, however, there were no facilities in the hotel and the entrance was disgusting.

Don't stay at the family room at level 1. The room no is 001. It looks like a temporary room inside the hall, spacious but no privacy at all. Lift is just outside the door. The bed is just after the door. The means the lift is only about 1m away from your bed. Can you image this is a family room? We stay there for 5 days. Everyday we ask if we can change a room. They always say sorry it is fully booked

Nice apartment! Renovated with nice big balcony and nice furnitures. Very slippery in the shower. Could have more pots and pans in the kitchen. Also missing a kitchen towel. Also some outside furnitures on the balcony would be nice. The beds were pretty firm but slept well anyway. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Our recent stay proved to be highly satisfactory. Despite our late arrival, which was caused by traffic delays, the reception staff accommodated us seamlessly. We appreciated the availability of parking facilities. The room was appropriately prepared to accommodate all guests. A small apartment building near the city center, converted into mini-apartments and hotel rooms. Clean and spacious, with a small kitchenette, but lacking amenities. Breakfast is not available; it's brought in, but it's rather meager and of poor quality. Coffee and tea are provided in small quantities and are definitely not recommended.

This was nearby a lovely restaurant area but further from the city centre. It suited us perfectly as we were visiting family. The beds were quite hard which is t our preference. The place was a good size but lacking amenities needed for a longer stay.

I had 2 nights of accommodation and both were a nightmare: the first night we arrived late (9:00 PM) and we were accommodated in a room that was not cleaned properly and looked like a 2-star room (the door handle was broken). The room environment is very good and the indoor fragrance is sufficient. The only drawback is that the hotel does not provide toiletries or slippers, nor does it provide breakfast.

Clean modern room. Hotel is clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has many good options. Many shops and places to eat within 100 meters. If your not from the area, driving can be slow at busy times. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

We had excellent experience. The rooms are clean, the breakfast was delicious, service was perfect. In my opinion only the parking space should be in the price included, or to be mentioned that it's not free during check in. We had to pay additional 30€ we didn't know about. I recommend anyway.
