An expectation also 5 star experience just outside the city center. The nightlight of the stay was definitely the spa and pool facilities the indoor pool and saunas are world class and very well maintained.

However, on several occasions, the pool still had the cleaning snake operating and plugged in, and the sauna had not yet been turned on. In my opinion, the spa should be fully prepared before guests arrive

This seems like an easy fix—simply have someone come in a bit earlier to ensure the facilities are ready right at opening time. Ideally, preparations should begin around 07:00 so everything is ready for use by 08:00

My comment here is more of an observation than a complaint. Since the spa opens at 08:00, one would expect everything to be ready for use at that time, sauna warmed up, amenities prepared, and the area fully set

I have been staying at the Emerald Hotel on and off for at least seven to eight years, and I’ve never had an issue with the property. I continue to rate my overall experience as excellent

One of the best hotels in Pristina. Even though it has been a while as a facility, still has the same high standard. Everything is perfect here. Highly recommended!

Just around corner from the main square and pedestrian zone. Many great restaurants within a short walk.

When we checked out, even though there were people at the entrance, no one helped my wife with her luggage. When I got out to retrieve our luggage, I exchanged a glance with a staff member, but he ignored me

I'll evaluate this hotel using five-star standards. First, when we arrived, other guests' cars were blocking the driveway, preventing me from unloading my luggage at the entrance

Although it's close to the ski lift, it's not ski-in/ski-out; there's a staircase of about two floors. Since I rented skis, I could change equipment at the ski shop, so I didn't inquire about locker prices

The skiing experience was quite disappointing due to the season and temperature

The only service I received was coffee and juice from the breakfast restaurant staff. Second, if you're choosing this hotel for skiing convenience, think carefully

Please organize the housekeeping in the rooms better and add ameneties and better bath towels

The pools in the neighboring "Frushka Termy" are all the same with the same temperature, which makes it absolutely pointless to walk 25 minutes up the mountain to swim in the same pool as in the Premiere

We booked only 2 nights (BB),which includes use of all pools and spa facilities all day. And not only in this hotel where we booked,but as well in a sister hotel Movenpick,which is only 20min walk

Even though hotel is a bit retro style I found a comfortable bed, fast WiFi, minibar, lovely view to busy stations and met very friendly and professional people who love their job and offer a warm welcome

The Hotel Novi Sad is a jewel of 1979 architecture, of course rooms are renovated. The location right in front of Railway and Bus Station is most convenient

I’m so impressed with my stay at the Garden Hotel in Kosovo. The hotel is very beautiful with lovely decor especially at Christmas time. It is good location near to the downtown centre, shops and Christmas markets

We also went nearby to a bear sanctuary. The staff were extremely helpful and the food in the hotels restaurant was so fresh and the pasta better than Italy! Really amazed by the restaurant and also the breakfast

Stayed here some days last year. They had fantastic breakfast and nice rooms! Very comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel is also not far away from the city center

The cappuccino ☕️at the breakfast is a quality one,foam milk,excellent. Maybe,the labels for the dishes at breakfast to be assigned to the delights 😁. The staff is kind and I highly appreciate the responses via emails

Room (presidential room) was very comfortable. Church bells, while noisy, were lovely to listen to in the morning. The decor is dated but quirky, and the room was spotlessly clean

Also there is a lot of vinery shops where you can go and taste all kinds of wine or buy. Rooms are clean and tidy with a mini bar. Also with a towels, tooth brush, shampoos, body soap and shave accessories

For the price this is a great deal. The only complaint I have is that they should remove the carpets. From the rooms especially and put stone/tile, but Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was Bali

Fantastic location - couldn't be better placed for Skadarlija and a short walk to Stari Grad. Republic square is a few minutes away. Good choice for breakfast, great staff, couldn't be more helpful

Great hotel, clean and convenient with a sauna

The A1 airport shuttle bus is about 2km from the hotel , however, there is a free bus to the airport it is the 72 and can be taken from the main bus station but this is also not close to the hotel

We felt the room was a bit small for four people, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a slight issue with one of the plug sockets hanging out by its wires

Everything was amazing but pools and spa were overcrowded at times which was a bit overwhelming and didnt feel very sanitary having hundereds of people in thouse saunas.

In the bathroom there are enough towels for all guests and shower accessories, including toothbrushes, if you suddenly forgot yours, soap, shower gel of course

But we were offered to bring a bed or unfold the sofa - we chose the latter, the sofa is very comfortable. At our request, they brought another set of bed linen and, what is important, we made it ourselves

There is a steep staircase leading up - this is a minus for families with children, children run, climb, can fall, you have to strain yourself, watch. Also, this staircase is not for elderly people

Excellent! Each house has its own parking lot - very convenient, but it is unclear how the barrier opens. In the room: free mini-bar (two bottles of water, two juices, two Pepsi)

Also in the house there is a coffee machine with capsules, the coffee is very tasty, but strong for me, there is not enough cream in the mini-bar or milk - that would be ideal

Pool was quite small, but fine as we were the only ones using it. My wife enjoyed her massage …… 30 euros for an hour. Breakfast had plenty of choice

Staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Wifi worked well. Sauna and whirlpool was included and also very nice.

The area where it is located is quite unassuming especially if you arrive at night but the hotel is a gem! The place is very welcoming, rooms nice and big and they have a private spa that you can book for your own use which is a great amenity! Breakfast was also quite nice and service great in general

The pool is quieter mid week, it's worth using the kids play room and though there are not very many tourist activities in Sabac it's a great place for a short trip

This is not really a hotel even, but right in the center of city life. Pool is good, massages are great, rooms are fresh. One minus: the food is tasteless in a local restaurant (which is for money).

The staff are attentive and helpful, the rooms lovely without being overly showy or shoddy in any way, and the best part is certainly the beautiful pool area. It was our second visit, and we would happily return

The bed was OK, shower was excellent (once we’d figure out how to work it), and there were plenty of towels. They supplied toiletries but we didn’t use them

It was an interesting experience to stay there and we loved the history (we recommend visiting the nearby museum to understand the strategic importance of this huge castle complex), but until breakfast improves we wouldn’t stay there again

There is plenty other options in pristina. and hotels are more expensive then anywhere in Europe. There are also nice smaller hotels wich cost less with the same Evan better service and rooms

You don't need a car in pristina ,it is a smal smal city with plenty taxi company's over app to book. from airport you can take public transportation to the city center

Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Wi-fi was great for online work. Location is perfect, because it’s in a quiet part of Zlatibor, and also near the center. Pool is for both sunny and rainy days

Great place, friendly staff, very clean. Good choice for family with kids. Due to heated water in pool and cover they had, we were able to use it when it was raining and below 20'C

Staff is very kind and professional, interior felt really clean and comfortable and we even got the chance to use the pool while temperature was around 15-20 degrees outside

Apartments are very clean, well equiped, staff is very polite, friendly, spa is also good. They have cot for babies as well. I recomand this place. It is very near from lake in center.
