The best hotel in Novi Sad!! Amazing Food, Clean Rooms, Friendly Staff, Pool out of a movie, and Lovely Interior & Exterior

The reason I am giving only 4 stars is that the pool was out of service for our entire weekend and we were looking forward to that as well. Location is not bad, shops and restaurants are in walkable distance

The hotel is one of the best in Novi Sad. We had a spa apartment with jacuzzi and baldahin bed. The room is new, furniture and room design fantastic and modern. Mosaic on the wall is beautiful

The amenities were top-notch, especially the spa and the delicious breakfast buffet. The location was perfect, close to major attractions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

A leather sofa is modern and comfy. Fridge has various options of drink. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, buffet wide choice. Staff was more than fantastic

The rooms are bright, clean, and spacious, and have all the amenities. You can even cook your own food; they have everything you need. There's a large parking lot on site, located just below the building

One night, the temperature dropped to 4 degrees Celsius, and they turned on the heating. Oh my god, that was brilliant. Even though it's the end of May, they took care of us

It's a little difficult to get to, but the place itself is amazing 🔥. Vesna, a super nice woman, was waiting for us at reception; she was so sweet and accommodating

It is a coziest wooden house in the perfect place, away from the city on the small peak with a perfect winter idial setting. Obviously we really loved it and if we are coming again to Zlatibor we will definitely revisit

Maintenance of the rooms could be improved - really loud AC external unit, non-working light bulbs, dripping sink. nothing that couldn't be improved with a bit more enthusiasm

Windows are not the newest and the sound insulation is not the best. Service: the hotel is run by mostly young ladies, helpful and supportive

Especially Miona and Mina are to be mentioned here, in a positive way! Breakfast needs to be paid extra, but it is not expensive and not bad

Garni hotel EMA is very close to the centre of Kragujevac city. Rooms feature modern decor and are equipped with everything you need.

Nice hotel, with lots of positive and some negative sides - would come again Rooms: probably amongst bigger rooms in Kragujevac

Rooms are spacious and nicely designed. There were some extremely minor issues with rooms that were immediately fixed by the great and extremely helpful staff

In a very quite place, outside Novi Sad, with lots of outside pools and also indoors. Very comfortable place to chill out during hot summer days

The staff is friendly, and breakfast is the only service available. You can purchase drinks at the cafes for a fee. There's an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. There are also several outdoor pools. I was pleased.

this is a feedback for hotel; please consider how to improve your coffee service in the breakfast. there is one filter coffee machine but lady wanted to add water to alredy used coffe instead of adding new fresh coffee

We had a great stay! The staff are super friendly, very helpful, the swimming facilities are big, clean, and great, and the breakfast was very nice! We will come again! Thank you so much for our pleasant stay :)

Great value for a boutique hotel with nice location, friendly and helpful staff, and historic furnishings. Very clean and a perfect place to arrive to after a very long day of flying.

The room was spotless, plenty of hot water, and a lovely balcony to relax on. Breakfast was excellent (with the best coffee!), and the staff were outstanding — even making me a fresh coffee at 6am before breakfast opened

A lovely , huge, brand new room with a gorgeous big bathroom, luxurious thick towels and attractive decor. I don’t know if all the rooms are like this but it was so nice to have a completely comfortable room

The hotel is quite recently renovated, my single room was clean and there was enough space for a one night stand. Of course a mini bar with reasonable prices. Haven't tried the SPA, maybe next time

Only been in restaurant which is pretty good, very nice view on city center/square. Food is good, staff is nice and professional. Coffees are excellent. Nice place to relax.

The location is good. You can tell it's an old hotel, but it's mostly renovated. Rooms are well furnished, bathroom need upgrade, but it's still fine. Parking available. The bar is nice.

What makes the hotel is the staff though, they were brilliant with my daughter and nothing is too much trouble, so friendly and just fantastic customer service no matter which staff member you spoke too

50, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, and everything is perfectly clean (same goes for the pool)

The staff are AMAZING! they accommodated all our needs and were extremely kind throughout our stay even with last minute requests. The prices are also very reasonable with amazing taste of regional food and drinks.

The hotel staff are excellent and smiling, and their service is excellent. The breakfast is good and close to you are restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, and a supermarket, within walking distance

The hotel is beautiful and for those looking for relaxation and tranquility far from the city center and close to the airport, but it is better to have a car

They give you complimentary 1litre which is not enough for a two person stay Spa; - make sure you take rubber shoes as the tiles everywhere are very slippery - signage is not available in English so you are not aware of potential health issues from using the thermal water which is 50 degrees (cannot use it if you have heart problems, high blood pressure etc) - this is a safety issue - no life guard...

Contact via email and after that the call to the reception was always correct. The hotel is half an hour's walk from the center of Novi Pazar. Taxi recommendation from the bus station

We ended up sleeping with the balcony door open - shower leaked water all over the floor and completely saturated it - shower tiles were cracked all on the floor and in our opinion need to be replaced - bedside lamps did not work - walls are paper thin and the couple next door having “special time” could be heard through our room and actually made our bed shake - very very noisy you can hear every...

Many issues with the room; - air conditioning was broken and on 27 degrees which was super hot and when we asked reception to come and look at it we were told to wait it out to see if it would go down in temperature which it didn’t

- I had a one hour massage and it was fantastic although they should offer a change room as I had to undress in front of the massage lady and found it a bit uncomfortable as I wasn’t told what to do or where to put my things

The room was very bright and I am used to a dark room with candles so that was odd as well but the music was nice In summary I think they oversell the hotel on their website and social media

Great value for money. Personel and owner very welcoming with great energy. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Rooms were clean. Spa and pool in function and did a great job for us and our kids. Highly recommend the hotel!!

Fantastic hotel, clean and elegant, with a very nice pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. It may not be a classic European 5-star, but the service – and especially Mr. Muli – definitely deserves 5 stars.

Wellness & Facilities We had the chance to use the pool and the Finnish sauna, both of which were enjoyable and well-maintained

Hotel Veliki is in a perfect location to the City Center. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the center. Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. We didn’t know what to expect because we’re African American

Just perfect Large, wonderful and modern room. Quiet, as our room wasn't to the street. Wi-fi and air-conditioning worked well. Good location in the city center. They also have own garage.

They don’t have blackout curtains but they have these shutters that will keep any light out. If they are not open, you can’t tell if it’s day time. I slept soundly every night I was there

We also went to Bosnia for 3 nights and stayed at a 4 star hotel…Hotel Holiday. I will take Hotel Veliki over Hotel Holiday any day

Shame on them We asked for Karadjordjeva and we got live meat not even semi cooked. After we called a waiter to complain he said well what to tell you. They didn’t even try to give some free drinks or anything

It would have been even better if they had respected the wish of the Romanian guests to sing Happy New year when Romania passed into new year. The orchestra covered our voices and turned up the sound volume

I have never been in a better 3-star hotel. All information is available upon entering the room, and the staff is always there for anything we need. The rooms are clean, but the terraces could be cleaner

I've visited the pool which is fantastic, it's being filled with a unique natural thermomineral water. The only downside is that the saunas weren't functional this time of year. Overall, I'd recommend this place
